I appreciate the way Pablo Penilla…

I appreciate the way Pablo Penilla handled my service. I had an appointment at which time I arrived. Pablo promised when my car would be ready; I picked it up at that time. He arranged a loaner for me. My experience rates a 10 where 10 is high.

The checks are perfect … ordering was…

The checks are perfect … ordering was good, received the free shipping as stated but it was deducted from bill till last step so thought we were being charged. Mailing was weird (not their doing) the order had two parts 2/2 arrived a full week before 1/2. Will use again!

Avoid this place at all costs!

I would have given this company a negative rating if possible. I placed an order at 7am and by 9am I called to cancel the order because there was an error in the information. I was told that I couldn’t cancel , but I could return them. I paid $12 shipping and expect to pay at least that much or more to return. I’ll be out at least $25 on something I can’t use. I don’t believe that in 2 hours they were printing the checks.

We work hard to print and ship orders as quickly as possible, which is something our customers value. That said, we understand that changes are sometimes needed. For this reason, orders are held for one hour after placement before becoming eligible for printing.
Your order was placed at 6:31 AM CST, and production began at 8:06 AM. We received your call at 9:48 AM; unfortunately, by that time the order had already been printed, passed quality control, and was packed in a shipping container awaiting USPS pickup. At that stage, we’re unable to locate and remove individual orders from shipment.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. If you’d like to place a replacement order, we’re happy to offer a 50% discount on the product. Alternatively, you may return the item for a refund—whichever option works best for you.

They corrected my printing problem

They corrected a printing problem, that I made when I ordered online. The lady on the phone was very considerate. She got my mistake cleared up and I received my new four books of check within 10 days.
Thank you to that lady, whoever you are.

The website made it easy to order the…

The website made it easy to order the checks in the format I wanted. I tried sending the checks to my bank, which I have done before, but the bank doesn't allow that now, so the checks were returned. When I called Customer Service, they re-ordered the checks at no charge and I received them within a few days. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Ordering was easy but need a binder for the checks

Ordering was easy and speedy. However, I wish I had taken a little more time to figure the size of the checks I ordered. I love them but the 3ring binder I have is not the right size. Can you help me with getting the binder I need for the checks I ordered?

This company is ridiculous

This company is ridiculous. I will not order from them again. Placed my order on 11/24/2025. They sent me a confirmation of shipping the same day along with a tracking number. Fifteen (15) days later on 12/8/2025 they sent me a survey email asking how I am enjoying their product... except the item did not ship from them until 12/14/2025. The tracking from U.S. Post Office shows they did not receive it from Checkworks for 3 weeks! So now I'll be lucky if it arrives within a month from the order date.
