A bit of Sicilian fun ❤️
Me, my friends and my son took a boat trip from Terrasini to Vito el Capo . It was just great! We stopped twice to swim in beautiful water(great fun for my son jumping off the boat 😃). We were served pasta for lunch, was simple but soooo tasty and traditional. Also had a glass of wine and Prosecco and some delicious melon. The crew was phenomenal and I can not recommend this trio enough!
Definitely going back to Terrasini and doing this all over again 😘

Difficoult organization
I reserved 2 experiences during an holiday. Let me say that both experiences changed time, one from 16.30 pm to 13.30 pm and the other asked me for the following day and again for the following day but then I had the flight so I had to cancel it. I also had to ask the provider to cancel the experience in order to have the refund because he thought he was not told to be it. I don't know why there is such an expensive fee to Check yeti as there is no control on the providers. Competitors have no fees and it never happened to me. It's difficoult to organise a trip if every experience has no fixed hour.

As your bookings were made very last minute during high season, availability can change very quickly. This is why your requests were initially pending confirmation. Once you accepted the alternative time offered by the provider, your booking was confirmed and only then was the payment processed — no charge is made before a booking is confirmed when paying by card like you did.
Calendars on our platform are synchronized to ensure that availability is as up to date as possible. During peak season, however, last-minute changes can occasionally occur, and our multilingual support team is always happy to assist when this happens

I booked a catamaran experience with Check Yeti for 03-09-25 for 25 of my wedding guest and paid €1500 for the trip.
When we arrived at the port In Hersonissos there was no catamaran waiting for us. The Captain from another catamaran from the same company then explained that there was no such trip and no such trip ever existed. The reason being that the trip I had been sold by Check Yeti would take at least 4 hours just to reach the destination I had been told we were going to and the total time for their trips was for 3.5 hours. NO such trip has ever been sold to anyone from that port.
I contacted Check Yeti on the day and they just said they would refund my money leaving me totally embarrassed in front of my 25 guests waiting at the port with no place to go.
Check Yeti only part refunded me with no apology let alone the €140 it cost to transfer me and my guests to the port or any compensation for falsely selling me a trip that does not exists.
They have NO contact number to speak to them to try and resolve this only a customer typing helpline that just gets a final remark of we will be in contact shortly (sure they will).
Me and my guests are over £350 out of pocket with only the embarrassment of booking non existent trip for my wedding guests.
I would hate to see any of you, who maybe planning a trip with Check Yeti experience the same.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the provider offering the private boat trip to Île d'Or in Saint-Raphaël, France on the CheckYeti website. They left my family and me stranded on the dock for 45 minutes in 37°C heat and never came to collect us. I submitted a review on CheckYeti, but it was refused. Despite following up multiple times to understand why and adjust it, my messages were ignored. Upon closer inspection, it seems they only publish 5-star reviews, likely to protect their commission fees. This is completely unethical and deceptive. Be extremely careful before booking — you have no guarantee of what you’re actually getting.

It’s shameful — I’ve never experienced such a service from a website. They accept bookings, immediately charge your card, and only afterwards inform you that it’s just a booking request. And then they call it a ‘pre-authorization,’ when in reality they move the money from your card to their account and only refund it later, subject to the banks’ processing times. Truly shameful in 2025.

When paying by card, we place a temporary hold (pre-authorization) on the funds until the booking is confirmed. Took 10 euro on cancelled booking
We booked a boat trip via check Yeti
It was available. After booking i did receive an email, they had to check the availability because the trip was in two day's. After that mail i didn't get any email anymore. The trip got cancelled without any notice. My creditcard payment got refunded but check Yeti took 10 euro booking fee. For just doing nothing. Easy way to make money. Let customers book, do nothing , take 10 euro in every cancelled trip. Shame on your way of work check Yeti

You made a booking in August for ski lessons in December. During this period, some ski schools are still closed or their prices have not yet been updated, which can delay confirmation.
We always encourage customers to contact us if they have any questions or concerns. The service fee is charged upfront to secure the booking and is fully refunded if the booking cannot be confirmed. This fee is clearly shown before you complete the reservation.
We truly regret that you chose to leave a negative review without giving us a chance to explain. Waiting two days for confirmation for a booking several months in advance is normal given the seasonal nature of the service. We hope this helps clarify the situation.
