Love so many of the products, which I've now been using for over a decade.

I have just restocked my cheeky pants , they are the best I have tried along with the pads. They work

Such a shame. We had high hopes of the adaptive pants but the high leg design is ridiculous. The back/front apsorpbtion seems great but the pants immediately leak out of the poorly shaped leg holes. Happens in the day & night. Small customer found the extra layer pads uncomfortable- especially the popper - and made no difference to the leg hole issue.

Fast delivery and haven't required any customer service. I mean they arent the most flattering, but they do the job well. I had modibodi ones in the past and they seemed to smell faster/more.

Cheeky wipes products are excellent and designed from real experience. I particularly like their incontinence pads which are comfortable and easy to care for as well as their amazingly soft bamboo ‘wipes’ which I love using for tender areas!

When I ran into a difficulty with my order, they went out of their way to solve it courteously and in a personal manner. This is an ethical company with a great ethos.

Placed an order 4 days ago, money taken from account, but not even received a confirmation email (not in spam or inbox). Just nothing to confirm the order. Their system has managed to take the money though in pending status. I also paid for next day delivery, which isn't very useful now. Not heard anything from them. Company needs to look at the quality of their checkout process/ order management. These are business basics. Very strange.

Update:
Heard back on day 5. Seems the order just didn't process and my card issuer dropped the payment as nothing was happening from the sellers end. So I didn't get charged in the end. I had to raise a new order and this time I got an order confirmation first time. Customer services were friendly and helpful. Thanks. It would still be good to have the payment/ordering process glitches sorted out as it doesn't instill confidence to the buyer.

I will update once I get goods and attempt to return the sizes I don't need (as my daughter is between sizes).

Update - I'm happy with the quality of the goods, and I was able to send back the sizes that I didn't need and got a refund back for those. So I think overall 4 stars but the initial ordering system was glitchy, hence why not 5 stars. Thanks.

Excellent quality as always. There was an item missing from my order, so I contacted customer service. They replied almost immediately and put things right.

Amazing brand and there children's boxers are a life saver for my son. They are absorbent and also look like other children's boxers with is great for school PE days. Delivery was quick and smooth.

Great pants if you can find the right style with your size in stock. A bit of colour would be nice, the lacey effect doesn't last well after a few washes. Liners I've tried have been uncomfortable and bulky but the overnight period pants do the job.

Fantastic product… great shape and design for my teenage girls. You’d never know it wasn’t just a normal pair of bikini bottoms. Highly recommend

This system for replacing baby wipes has been a game changer for my grandson - I bought them the whole kit and thrilled with the environmental impact of no more hideous disposable wipes. The cheeky wipes are so soft and make cleaning babies bottoms and faces so easy - I bought wipes, both boxes and washing bag and am thrilled to bits with the system they wash and dry so quickly amd the toddler loves choosing which colour is used for the baby

I bought the boy shorts period pants, they are great in terms of absorbency and preventing explosions overnight. However the only downside is the tight, thin elastic waistband which digs in because of period bloating which seems to be a big oversight by the design team. It can be quite uncomfortable considering they are for periods which are painful already. I'm not sure why this wasn't considered in the development stage, as they would be even better with wider softer elastic. Please improve the designs to make these more comfortable, and PLEASE sort out your sizing system which is very confusing.

The bag came in good time with good communication about when it would arrive and I was really happy with the product. I brought a double compartment waterproof zip bag and it holds a wet swimming costume or dirty nappies and clothes brilliantly.

Absolutely love these! They do exactly what I needed. Other brands only give coverage at the back but I really needed it more to the front. These are brilliant as they go from high at the back to high at the front. They are doing exactly what they need to do. Love them!

A slight hic cup with my order was promptly sorted and I received additional goods within days.
I love the Terry wipes. In our house called “wee wipes”.
I use instead of toilet paper for wees only.
Very useful for caravan & Motorhome users. Prevents the toilet filling up so quickly with the amount of toilet paper we use.
To use wipes - use, pop in box with soaking oil, rinse out by hand with washing liquid, peg on an octopus hanger in the shower cubicle and ready to use again when dry.
Wash in machine when you return home.
I have been doing this for over a year now with no problems.
At home, I soak, rinse & put in washing machine. Line dry where possible.
