I ordered a few dresses and they were all terrible quality, cheap material, stitching falling out and when I contacted for returns, my emails were ignored. There is a strict policy of return requests, and no return address to send to on your own.

Flushed money down the toilet. This company is a scam.

It's a scam or really poor customer service!! Never recieved updates on my order after paying. They claimed to have shipped my order but I never recieved an update, notice or my order! Later on they only refunded 75 % and kept the rest. Don't order from them!!

TOTAL SCAM!!! Ordered multiple items only to be told most of them are not available and very quickly was sent a refund for these items. The remaining 2 items arrived later but were completely different to advertised. The dress and a pair of pants that I received were meant to be cotton/linen blend - both are a synthetic material. The pants have a label that says 35% polyester, 65% cotton and the dress has literally no label at all but is the same type of material. Attempting to contact the company has been incredibly painful with confusing, poorly written emails (appears that english is not the first language). I sent them photos and offered to mail them back but was told it would be a difficult and expensive process for me but they offered me a 30% refund however when I responded to accept this, the response email made no mention of the refund and simply directed me to look at posting them back. It seem impossible to get a straight or clear response from them.

I'm an aspergers brain damaged individual and this was ordered by my friends daughter and I have requested my money back. And when I click on my order it says 404 error page not found.

Steer clear. My teen daughter spent her Christmas money on this site. What arrived looked nothing like the images. We requested a return for refund and were offered $4 for a $45 order. Opened a dispute with PayPal and when we declined an offer of $20 PayPal closed our dispute. All round dreadful experience. Sham company taking advantage of young customers.

One star is even too much for this company. I say NO STAR. I am not one to complain, but I feel obligated to speak out so that others do not fall into this trap of deception. DO NOT ORDER from Cheersugar.com. Cheersugar is a complete SCAM! I ordered over $500 worth of clothing from this company & the entire process has been nothing but painful & shady. They began sending odd emails about 1 week after purchase saying that they were out of stock on most of the items I had ordered. This of course sent up a red light for me & so I immediately cancelled the order prior to processing being complete. Emails from them were misspelled, hard to make out & my requests/responses were followed up by strange & vague "we care about you," "out of office," "we are busy," "so sorry you are frustrated" emails with no real answers. A partial shipment was made after many emails were sent prior to processing and shipping, communicating that I no longer wanted product. BEWARE: the merchandise is nothing, I repeat, NOTHING like the images on the website. They are essentially stealing pictures of much more quality items from other companies, making an extremely poor quality replica product & shipping out merchandise even after cancellation. They put a slip of paper in the box that indicates you will be responsible for return shipping & then list all the complicated & vague ways you must oblige them in order to receive any kind of refund, which essentially makes it impossible, if not treacherous to move forward with closure. The website indicates that they operate out of the UK, but the emails I received indicate China. I truly wish I had done my research before ordering anything. Credit Card companies should flag CheerSugar.com (in addition to the other dishonest 'sister' websites they have rigged) and make it known to anyone trying to purchase that this company is indeed a fraud at best. I hope this review reaches many & helps others out there avoid a terribly life-sucking encounter with this dishonest business.

Scam. No proof of purchase. Impossible to communicate with. Glad I pay with PayPal and have insurance so I was refund.

It was a mistake to order from Cheersugar.
The item was poorly made and the photos did not represent the item.
I have asked for a refund (website says 100%refund guarantee) and am now awaiting for a fourth response from them, each message is stalling. The most recent has asked me to keep the item or gift it to a friend.

Dress arrived after about 3 weeks. The fabric is definitely not linen as described on website and the sizing is incredibly small. Probably not worth trying to return...

shipping took about 2 weeks to sweden from china, was pleasantly surprised as i was kind of expecting to recieve nothing. quality of items is not as described however, definitely not linen and the sizing is very small. but for the price i paid i feel like i got exactly what i paid for even though i didn't get what i ordered. it's a pretty cute cheap copy of the dress on the picture. would not recomend.

Shipping was relatively fast, to Norway, it only took a little over two weeks. Too bad the quality is nothing like the photo, and the size is so wrong it's unwearable. I'm not buying from this page again, ever.

I also tried to cancel my order (before they shipped) after doing some research on the website, and they sent it anyway and said it was too late because it already shipped.. even though I contacted them a day beforehand

First the positives: lovely website, easy to navigate. Shipping took 15 days to get to Sydney.

Now the negatives: quality of products is nothing like the images used on website. Total scam, the clothes I received are cheap thin poly-cotton (not thick linen as described on website). The styles are nothing like the photos! It's almost comical, but I did spend close to 100AUD for three items I could have picked up for half that price at a Kmart store. In fact, the quality of items from Kmart is far superior to my items from cheersugar.

Avoid avoid avoid. Not worth it.

SPAM! I image searched their pics on google and found the originals (around $200 on Australian website). DO NOT TRUST THIS!

No communication, no reference to purchase. Possibly a scam site.

Very suspect. Not sure they are legit at all. Found through an advert on instagram, but no reviews to be found, and a reverse image search shows that a lot of images are stolen from other sellers.
