I purchased my Chef Preserve back in June of 2025. I love this as it works so well. My Chef P quit working last week and I contacted Customer Service. They responded immediately to deterime my issue and they are sending me a replacement, as it has a 2 year warranty. The Customer Service team is fantastic for their Support.

I had an excellent experience with the people at Chef Preserve after my bag sealer quit suctioning after a few months. They totally exceeded my expectations from beginning to the end. They were professional, friendly and made the entire process so easy. After I tried everything they asked me to try, but with no success, they are sending me a new one immediately. I love the Chef Preserve bag sealer and would 100% recommend it to everyone.

I love the Chef Preserve system. It so much simpler to use than a big Food Saver system for just one person.
The glass containers work so well for my needs and the EXTRA Large container is perfect for a loaf of bread and I am now not putting half a loaf in the trash every week. Thank you for such an efficient and useful product. Along with the excellent customer service.

I have a defective tool that is two months old. I have emailed several times because it still should be in warranty and get no response. I have ordered 30 bags +2 orders of the glass containers. I can’t use any of these without the tool. The warranty is no good if you can’t get them to acknowledge it.

The asst was excellent in handling my request! Very kind and did exactly what I asked her to do!

I had ordered the chef perserve hand machine, as a friend highly reccomended. It shipped pretty fast, but even after charging 2 hrs, and then again overnight, the charge /vacuum only lasted thru 2 small bags. The charge died. I tried several times, so I contacted Chef Preserve, and after sending a video of what happens, they agreed to send me a new one. Got within 5 days, and it works fantastic. Highly reccomend.

I had an issue with the product.
I can't say I've ever had such a prompt, hassle free experience with customer service. Another sealer is on its way. Thank you Kaitlyn for all your help.

The vacuum I bought must of had a defect, so I contacted the companies help line, they were so responsive!
I’ve had the unit for over a year, but it quit working.
Within 2 days they are sending me a new unit!
Can’t get better service than that !!!

The Chef Preserve is the greatest food preserver on the market. It is compact, fits in your kitchen drawer. The bags are reusable (dishwasher safe) and easy to fill and seal. I recently ordered the glass containers and can't wait to use them.

I ordered the Chef Preserve a few months ago and was delighted with the prompt shipping. After receiving the sealer and bags I was pleased with the ease of using it was and recommended it to my children. After about six weeks I had a problem with it not vacuuming out the air. I contacted the Company and explained my problem, what really amazed me was they answered my email THAT day and asked a few questions about my problem. I returned the answers to them and received a response that they were shipping me a new sealer right away!! I have never had this experience with an internet company before. I highly recommend this company.

I have been using Chef Preserve for about a year now. Once I figured out the importance of sealing the bags using the provided clips I could’nt be happier. I use this vacuum system for all of my freezing needs. I’m single but find it frugal to purchase family packs at Sam’s wholesale club. These bags allow me to separate into single serve meals all while keeping the food fresh and ready to cook. It works well for both raw meats and cooked leftovers. The reusable bags are easy to clean also. I’ve cleaned both ways - by hand with dish soap and also in the dishwasher. Works either way and hasn’t affected the ability to reuse them. My niece recently bought her first home and I bought her the Chef Preserve set with the 30 bags as a housewarming gift. She loves it also! Her mom bought her more bags at Christmas. A great deal at a great price. I’ve seen some negative comments about the price of the reusable bags. As many times as you can reuse them it turns out cheaper than buying the plastic bags that always seem to allow air and freezer burn in. The money wasted on freezer burnt food in the long run is enough to make the purchase pay for itself.

Had a problem wth the item and they were right there to help with it

I loved the product it work great in my kitchen saving money from buying bags and keep the product frozen and preserved plus give me extra space in the freezer and easy to wash
The only problem I have is trying to close the bag with the little gadget , most of the time it does not work right and it takes a while to close it I bought 30 bags of each SML
The containers R great too
Told my sister in Hyannis Mass and she loves the product too

I reached out in regards to my charging cord, they sent a response quickly and helped me with getting the item I needed. It was probably the best customer service i have ever had.

I love mine and have no trouble reusing the bags. I prefer to hand wash (vs dishwasher) though you can use the latter. I've used some bags lots of times.

There was a mix up in the delivery arrangement and all I could find online was it was sitting in a warehouse with a shipping label, but it was never shipped for 3-4 weeks.
I emailed cus-svc and got a quick response and within just days the item was shipped and received. Thanks to Christine who straightened it out for me.

I was experimenting with Chef Preserve, trying out sealing different foods, sometimes not too successful. All I did was contact CP and they helped me out, giving me tips on what to do. CP works great and the service is excellent. I highly recommend them

I love my chef preserve, but after a while it lost it suction. I contacted Chef’s preserves customer service and was quite pleased on how they handle the situation. They immediately offered a replacement and stayed in contact with me through the whole process. We did have a bit of a problem with delivery being they sent it back, but chef preserve sent out another one immediately after verifying the mailing address. I will definitely use them in the future.
