Not delivered package
The package was improperly packed or damaged and was returned to the sender by customs. It's been 2 weeks since the return, and I still haven't received any information about what's going on with the package. One email was even ignored and it was only after another that I learned that the package had not yet been returned.

Since this is an international order, we can only issue a re-send or refund once we receive the original package back at our premises.
I'm very sorry for the delay - I realise that it has been 2 weeks since customs released the parcel, but unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to expedite its arrival.
As previously mentioned via email, as soon as it does arrive we will let you know and offer either a re-send or a full refund for your order.

Chef's is great
Chef's is great. They have a good selection, reasonable prices and they always fill the order quickly. Their International shipping charge is fair and it gets here as quickly as Customs will allow. I couldn't ask for anything more.
