Unprofessional , dishonest service

Purchased a professional kitchen appliance for our restaurant for just under 1000 Euros.

Product stopped working soon (two months) after purchase.

Machine sent back to the manufacturer at Chefstore's instructions, and at OUR cost (against the law in NL - artikel 7:21 BW).
After the original promise that repairs should take "1-2 weeks" , it took nearly 2 months to get the machine back. We repeatedly contacted them for updates, which were reluctantly provided. shifting the entire responsibility from them.

No apologies, not to mention compensation.
