When you emailed us to query this, we responded on the same day.
I can see that a refund has been issued.

No Refund
had a very frustrating experience with this company. Everything was fine at first and communication was quick and helpful. However, as soon as I requested a refund because of thier software fail to verify my identity, they completely stopped responding to my emails.
Can't get my order or my money back .
It’s disappointing that the level of customer service changed so drastically. I’m now having to escalate the issue through my bank due to the lack of response.
I would advise others to be cautious, especially if you may need a refund.

For clarity, our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 10:00am to 12:00pm.
Your refund request was sent at 12:23pm on Saturday, which was after we had closed for the day. We are also closed on Sundays.
Mondays are typically our busiest day; however, we always ensure that all emails are reviewed and actioned before the end of the working day.
On this occasion, you did not allow us sufficient time to respond before sending further messages of complaint. I can see that the matter has now been resolved.
