Delivery took 10 days to delivery domestically !!! Ordered vitamins in advance of running out . By the time they actually arrived I’d been out for a week . Dispatch email it’s actually a dispatch it says “being prepared “ and will be “ dispatched soon “ No tracking . No tracking for a reason as DPD didn’t even pick up the package for 8 full days . Sort out your logistics . AVOID .

When i placed the order it said if the order exceeded a certain amount the delivery charge was free. My order did exceed the stated amount and when i got to where i had to pay i was charged 4 99€ extra. I was very unhappy with that. I had intended to order several tubes but wont if you cant explain why this happened. Regards. Pat Devine

Do not use this site.
Prices might be decent, but overall experience is horrible. 1 week since ordering and not only have i not received the order its still not even been shipped. If you dont mind long delivery times then maybe its fine to use this site, but if you expect a normal service for online purchasing then dont.
Side note 2 emails sent and haven't even been responded to, to add to the glorious customer experience they offer.

Apologies that your order was lost by the courier. A full refund was provided.
In relation to no communication, I can see that numerous emails were sent. These include to confirm the order, to confirm the dispatch and another to acknowledge your query as to the status of the item. On getting confirmation from the courier that the item couldn't be located we processed a refund immediately and a further email was sent to confirm this. If you have not received these they may be blocked by your email provider or in your junk folder.

Good Products, But Customer Service Needs Improvement
I recently made a purchase and was pleased with the products I received. However, my experience was overshadowed by delays and a lack of support. It took 2 weeks from order date to delivery, which seems long for an order made within the same country. I emailed customer support 9 days ago regarding my order and have yet to hear back. This lack of communication is disappointing.
