Research Industries Reviews

Very professional, packaging is beautiful, and they respond to emails very quickly. My only recommendation is that they include 3rd party analysis data on their product page. Another option would be to measure barometric pressure and test the melting point of the product.

Overall, a good vendor.

My heart is broken... They no longer ship to the US. They are the only company I could trust, and they're gone. It doesn't make any sense, nothing changed in the states regarding law. They are a solid company. Please reopen shipping to the states.

Very reliable and straightforward service. Delivers product as promised in a simple and timely manner.

Only one experience so far with them but it was excellent, good prices, fast shipping, excellent packaging, everything was what I had hoped for. I would definitely use them again.

Extremely fast shipping and got exactly what I ordered. Ya'll have an amazing team, keep it up and thanks for everything!

Highest quality. Exactly as advertised. Shipping was as fast as possible.

Fast shipping and great options to research!

Have already placed a second order and will return for many more!

I'd love to see the catalog grow and include many more chemicals to research on.

This company is always quick to respond to emails. Quick with shipping. Quality is good. Have ordered 5 times and haven't had one issue with anything.

Always get great research material, and next to no wait time after placing an order so the team can get right to work

Great customer service. There was an issue with the shipping address I provided so I emailed support. I figured if i were lucky someone would email back a week later or so. Within the next hour I had a response and after explaining the situation it was resolved quickly. A new updated receipt was even sent to confirm. I look forward to ordering from them again, theres no one else I’d trust for my research needs

Research material arrived quickly and was of very high quality, incredibly satisfied with my purchase.

The mail was delivered within two weeks so I was very pleased.

Have ordered from Chems.ca several times. 100% touchdown rate, flawless packaging, and pertinent information included. I am beyond impressed. God bless chems.ca for their truly amazing work/effort. I am forever thankful for the research I have been able to conduct. These people deserve a Nobel peace prize. Hell, they deserve my left testicle at this point.

Only company I purchase from. Never lets down and quality is always on point. Any problems are handled exceptionally well.

Exactly what I ordered, quick delivery, product is of the best quality. Thanks again.

Extremely pleased with the transaction, will certainly engage with them again for research material!

Always fast shipping, quality products, excellent customer service.

All research products arrived safely, professional packaged, VERY quickly (2 weeks earlier than they said it would take), and just overall I love the company. I will be buying products for research in the future.
