Prompt customer service
I ordered four items in March and of the four items, one was smashed. I did not initially realise this as I was away and did not pick the items up.
Although this was outside of the three weeks, Becki in customer service was very receptive and promptly responded to my request for a replacement. I have been incredibly pleased with the service I have received and I will be ordering again!

Super quick delivery, products were packaged well, are authentic, perfect condition and safety seals all still in place. There’s quite a few fakes out there now selling copycat Japanese/Korean beauty products, so I definitely shop here again knowing it’s safe and reliable.

Consistently good service.
I have now placed five or six orders with Cheripai and in each instance the experience has been a good one. Orders are sent out very promptly and well packaged. There is a good range of products available and I really like that you always get everything you’ve ordered. You don’t get an email the next day saying that actually we don’t have that item in stock. Very happy customer.
