It is simple, do not buy anything at all from them. They are big scam artists. If you don't believe me then go ahead.

Horrible experience. I order 2 climbing santa for Christmas, never came. They never sent my order after 20 different excuses. They’re going to steal your money.

I also purchased a dog tennis ball launcher (around 25 US) and i got a tennis ball from China 6 or 7 weeks later. They have no morals and purposely mislead you. When i contacted them about it they did nothing. Should be illegal. I can only hope Karma catches up with them and nobody else gets ripped off.

Ordered a tennis ball launcher for our dog’s entertainment and all I received was a tennis ball seven weeks later from China for the ridiculous price of $25.94 USD. Checked the order which clearly stated “Automatic Interactive Dog Tennis Ball Launcher x 1” in large bold print and below this was the wording in finer faded print “DOG TENNIS BALL ONLY”. Naturally I hadn’t noticed the fine print detail so I’ve paid $35 AUD for an ordinary tennis ball I could have bought from a corner store for $2! A total deceptive con. Should have read the reviews before ordering.

BUYER BEWARE. They send you a letter welcoming you and then they do nothing. I ordered the cake money box in August. To this date 1/4/21 I have not received the item nor did I receive a refund for the item. I have never encountered a company like this. They do not even deserve 1star. I usually don't write a review but I hope this helps other people from being swindled by this company

because they sent you USED products, from China !!!! They collected old used things, took picture from other web sites, advertised (not many items on ..cherryal.com) and even sent to buyers not exact products. Another web site listed at the same resident address in Montreal, Quebec is "silkydecor.com". Watch out.

ABSOLUTELY do not buy from these people! Use Paypal if you must.
They sent a completely different product from the one purchased. it came a month late so the 30 days window was up. Offered a refund only if the part was sent to their warehouse in China, which cost more than the purchase.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. They were consistently bad reviews. And buyers should read the fine print about how long shipping will take. I'm very disappointed that the item is coming from China because of the delay in receipt. Based on the reviews, now I'm concerned the product, if it ever arrives, won't be what I ordered or will be damaged because of poor packaging. If I'm wrong, I will give a revised review but I'm not hopeful. It's certainly not good business to not respond to poor reviews. Clearly this seller isn't interested in customer relations. I give 2 stars only because I haven't received my order yet but the delay in receipt is enough for a poor rating even if it's written in the fine print on the website. Had I read the fine print and the reviews, I wouldn't have placed the order.

First I did not know I was ordering from China and would wait 6 weeks to get my product. It was out what I had ordered and wanted to return it to them. You have to send it back your self, they do not pay shipping on their own mistakes. Bad experience, waaaaaay over priced. Wishi had researched further before I bought. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE CROOKS.

Everything is dodgy and people behind this website is lying. They are just wrapped things with cheap bubble wrap and NO proper packaging! - that's why it's broken when I received. Later on I am told to be on my own cost to return the nasty products to be eligible for refund, and started ignoring my emails - what a LYING AND DODGY people! I should have read so many bad reviews online about this everthing. They just try to rip people off and wanna load of many they did not earn!!!

Description states that camera does record in 1080p-it's doesn't 720p is maximum resolution. You also are not able to connect to camera without wireless router with working broadband. Customer service ignore my emails. Beware.

I also ordered the periodic table and my husband knows his elements. Straight away he said you been scammed. I read other reviews like it was stuck on the back. Here it is fully enclosed and you have elements in it but my husband doubts some of them are real..
So yeah I could of just bought it for 16euros off amazon and knew it was fake instead of spending 66 euros with this company

Of course, no refund offered.
They drop ship, i.e., you order from them and pay $100, which they then order from China for $5. It arrives a month later from China, not Canada. I wish I had found out earlier. What a bunch of lying crooks!

I also ordered the periodic table with ‘real elements’ however received a plastic block with pictures of the elements stuck to the back of the block! I had ordered it as a gift for my daughter who loves chemistry. Please don’t waste your money and avoid disappointment!
Also please note I am unable to leave a review on their website because they clearly know they are falsely advertising and aren’t responding to my emails.

I ordered the periodic table in a nice Plexiglas piece with the real elements in the casting. What Cherryal sent me was a piece of plastic with a cheap print on the back with no real elements!
They are willing to refund my purchase if I return the item. However the postal costs to ship back to China are more than 60% of the purchase price.

Don't be fooled by this company!
