My Facebook page was in inundated with her ads and, it looked pretty good, so I decided to order it. The price was reasonable at $27 so I clicked on ‘Buy’. It brought me to another page where it said pay $27 but my payment wasn’t going through. I got a text from my bank saying that I was being charged $54. I was asked to answer if I made the charge or not, so I said no I don’t recognize it because I didn’t want to pay an extra $27. I immediately got a text from my bank that they are sending me a brand new debit card. I am really angry, because I can’t use my debit card until I get a new one and it’s been five days and it hasn’t arrived yet. Now I have to contact every company that had my debit card and give them the new one, and there are plenty of them, which means I have to take the time to look up the companies and call them, and I really don’t have time for that. The website is very misleading! It makes you think you’re only paying $27.

I am extremely disappointed with the Cheryl Porter course. I was charged approximately €100, but when I requested a refund, they only returned €22 without any explanation.

I have sent multiple emails with full payment proof, but they have completely ignored me. Even worse, when I tried to ask for help on their social media, they deleted my comments instead of resolving the issue. This is dishonest and unprofessional.

Be careful before buying—once they have your money, they stop responding if there's a problem. I am now forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank.

No what I expected. I genuinely thought it was good, but definitely not a great online course at all.
