Amazing quality, and amazing customer care.
I use the bag all the time, it is well thought, and does not show signs of wear.
When I had a mishap with a leaking bootle, the customer service was really helpful and the stain could go away totally.

The bags are nice, but they use a wax on it that stains anything it touches. Ive ruined countless of clothes with the bag until I finally realized it was the source. The wax is dark and impossible to get off. Would not buy again, and would not recommend to buy unless you have basically only black clothes.

I ordered a shoulder bag for my wife as a surprise. I placed order on Sunday the 1st and it was delivered today the 5th. The quality of the bag is very good, being well made and of fine quality leather. It also smells lovely. More to the point, my wife was very pleased with it's size and quality.

Top service ! My daily in use PC bag showed an issue with the magnetic closing … I simply took picture and reported … One day later I received a return ticket to get it fixed and one week later the bag was back and nicely repaired !!! Top and thanks

I bought a work bag for my boyfriend. It looks as described. All measurements agree. It arrived fairly quickly. I knew the company wasn’t based in Uk . As it stated on their website. And I am aware about the return cost . I like the bag and I hope it will stay in a good condition for a number of years as it wasn’t cheap.

I really don't understand the bad reviews... I ordered my bag and received it within two working days. It was carefully packed and securely wrapped. The bag is beautiful, with a lovely color. I can only recommend it if you're looking to buy a high-quality bag!

I think it is not at all obvious that this company is based in Europe. I got hit with a whobpping £39.65 import duties. I would not have minded if I made a decision to purchase regardless but it presented itself like a UK company in my opinipon with prices in pounds and I feel very misled. I emailed the cs and got the brush off from someone called Henrike who basically said in not so many words that I should have read the small print - expect no help or discount if you make this mistake. I won't be buying again

OK at first it seemed to be like a nice bag(mens cross body bag(black)).
Then ive noticed black stains all over my clothes.
This bag has ruined two of my jackets, track bottoms, had to repaint my wall because the bag left black marks on it.
And it cost £80 can u believe that?
Need to find a replacement bag ASAP or there will be another ruined piece of clothing. It literaly ruines everything it touches.
Big loss, but ill take it.

Customer service is absolutely appalling. Bought a leather backpack, didn’t like the colour it wasn’t as was in the pics but the size was tiny and it’s meant to be there flagship bag back, honestly my 6 yr olds back pack is the same size. Not good for a fully grown man. Tried a few times to send back with no help whatsoever, won’t send me a returns label and it will cost £77 to ship back to Netherlands through the post office. So u helpful it’s untrue.

If you want a leather bag where the zipper constantly jams, breaks, and eventually fails within 8 months, then this is the bag for you. My computer bag for which I paid several hundred dollars looks nice, but is extremely poor quality. The zippers, and I mean ALL of them on the bag, jam and split open constantly. Avoid this bag if you need a rock solid reliable product. I regret this purchase.
