Their GEP billing system is not at all…

Their GEP billing system is not at all user friendly and the customer support is mostly useless. Either they are rude to you or there is so much background noise and echoing that you can not understand anything that is being said.

Chevron reward points

I would give Chevron a five star for their fuel but for those that use the rewards, BEWARE. I had accumulated almost 3000 points and then I noticed that I had 1900 points without redeeming any of the points. I contacted Chevron through their app a month ago and have yet to hear back. What a rip off.

Chevron 17411 Se powell Blvd I bought my gas today July 28 2024 around 5:56 pm. Pump 1.The associate assist me is very rude unprofessional I did not see his name but he was black skinny and wearing eye glasses. After they fill my tank full the nozzle fell off of the ground by it self spilled some of my gas did not even say sorry. Then after that I requested my receipt. He pretending he did not hear me so I ask again for second time. He responded saying not printing and walk away. So I ask my wife to go to the office and ask for re print copy which there is somebody inside. That person inside the office ask the associate to re print my receipt which he did.So my wife went back to our car and waited. The associate follow her and handed my receipt he is claiming that he said it to us earlier to go inside and get a copy which he did not.And then he left us with his word saying I ALREDY TOLD YOU IF YOU NEED A RECIEPT GET OUT OF YOUR CAR AND GET IT INSIDE THE OFFICE GOD DAM IT while walking away. It seem he is not happy on his job. Also there is no other customer that time ( 5:45- 5:06). Hoping you will take an action on this matter. I dont think this kind a attitude deserve to be employed in the most patronize gas station.Please review your camera during that time frame.

Horrible Unprofessional Rude Representative

I have been here before and had no issues. They used to have better employees and also they used to have prices on items. I have noticed a trend in the area lately where convenience stores have begun not providing displayed prices on items.

My husband and I thought this was rather inconvenient so we went to this gas station after visiting two others, thinking that since we’d been here several times they would at least have posted prices. But when we got there it was the same as everywhere else. So my husband simply asked the cashier there if she knew why this was happening. She didn’t…and she didn’t care. She made it very clear that she was insulted that we would even speak to her about any store policy or procedure. As a representative of the store, she was not willing to show any sort of friendly service nor provide any assistance in finding a more appropriately designated store representative to take our questions to. She, in effect, was rude and unprofessional and even combative. I reacted very negatively to this and during our heated conversation did use strong language. She also resorted to name calling and threats as we left the store.

There was a time when an employee was a professional representative of the business they worked for. If they didn’t know how to address someone’s concern they would direct you to a person who could. I don’t understand what has happened to people, but if you cannot handle dealing with the public for even basic friendly conversation, you should not be working in a position that depends on you dealing with the public.

Some people who visit an establishment are just trying to get something done quick or get something to help them get through their day. You never know what someone May be going through… but people are so self centered they cannot be bothered to show any sort of kindness to others. Sometimes we have things going on that break us into a million pieces and are doing our best to just keep holding on through each day. Asking a question about a business to a hired representative of that business should not lead to a civil breakdown.

If a person is being paid to be present for customers and provide service, at bare minimum, that person should be able to hold a civil conversation and do their best to answer questions. This person seemed offended that anyone would expect her to do the job she’d been hired for. This is an obvious bad hire.

We just wanted to know the prices of things before we bought them. I was only there to get a drink and maybe a snack, just trying to have one simple good thing happen in my day, which was still salvageable when I walked into this store.. Instead, I end up having to take anxiety medicine and sleep for a day. Sometimes this is the sort of response some people will have when treated like trash out in a public space for no other reason than a bad employee shocked by the mere presence of a customer with a question.

I will never go to this place again and I strongly urge others who value decent human respect and civility to go somewhere else also. The Exxon down the street also does not put prices on things, but at least they have employees who are helpful and make you feel respected and valued as a customer. I will go there from now on because I know they won’t act like I’m intruding on their space just by walking through the door.

Courtney at chevron located at 1288…

Courtney at chevron located at 1288 Broadway in El Cajon Ca was beyond helpful. Taught me the app and I saved gas ⛽️ $1 a gallon! Customer service was excellent.. go see her! Especially in this economy.. across from CVS pharmacy

i only wanted to use the washroom.

went to chevron to use the bathroom, was only in there for two minutes and in that time the lady who buzzed me in let another person in. then when i went inside the store to talk to her about it and ask that she is a bit more careful when it comes to the bathroom, she argued with me, made excuses, made it seem like my fault even though she should have made sure i wasn’t in there before letting a man in, and told me “go use a different bathroom then if it’s such a big deal”. it was first thing this morning while i was waiting for a bus.

Fkng pissed!!

I paid $80.00 for a car wash wax and detail less than an hour ago. They half assed the detail and left wax on my car I'm fkng pissed. I hope corporate sees this. I have photos that are time stamped. I'm so mad right now. I'm writing reviews. You cannot treat people that way!! !@$$%^

I had an experience today at the Chevron on 2534 Temple Ave N, its this heavy set white girl that works there behind the cash register, and her attitude, character, everything about this woman was racist...I mean I don't know her, and never had any dealings with her, and I'm an African American that was raised around Pulaski Tennessee, so I can yell when someone is being racist and she was and she always is every single time I go there..Not only that alot of the people you hire there are not even qualified for life, much less qualified to work there or run a store..Those people are nasty, because there houses are nasty, they look nasty, but yall are them to work there in a store that cater to people..A store of Chevron franchise i would doubt hire racist people, or nasty individuals but I see that you do...Today just didn't seem right....
