Chewymoon took an unauthorised £65.99 from my bank account. Nobody responds to emails or responds on social media, and the 020 8963 9050 phone number goes straight to an answering machine.
They subsequently issued a refund as stated, although I'm still disappointed that there's no direct phone line that's picked up by a human being.

Therefore, we are replying to all emails within 48hrs and monitor our social channels on regular intervals throughout the day. The phone number, which you found on a third party website, was set up specifically for a limited period of time during our Cowdfunding campaign and is therefore no longer valid.
Unfortunately, we didn't find an email from yourself, however we replied to your social media message within 30 mins.
Due to an error in the system, your account has been reactivated, which resulted in the aforementioned charges. As soon as we have been made aware of the system failure, we issued your refund. We understand how frustrating it must be, to get charged and not be able to get in touch with us.
We hope we could resolve your issue and you accept our sincerest appologies for the matter.

ChewyMoon I loved my box
I loved my box, the content - everything about it. There's not one thing in there that I didn't use and don't love. I highly recommend a subscription to it. It's so much fun to open it up and see what's inside. The price is far less than the amount inside the box - so completely worth it. I think I'll continue my subscription from here on out. Thanks so much!

One of the best sweets my daughter ever had. I love the fact that they are natural and come in different flavours. Personally I live the mellow ones. Good sizes and price and stickers keep my little one entertained.
I do highly recommend #ChewyMoon.

My 4 year old daughter approves!
My [just turned] 4 year old daughter loves these snacks. Her faves are the flavoured flapjacks & the flavoured raisins. But she must have tried over 20 different varieties and not one has she disliked so far.

Healthy snacks loved by our kids!
We ordered the snacks for our kids online and received them the following day which was great! The snacks are healthy and nutritious and our kids loved them along with the factual games that came with the delivery. We are very impressed.

Healthy fun snacks for kids
My 12 year old and 7 year old love these snacks which come neatly packed through the letter box. The flapjacks are a favourites, as are the savoury cheesy snacks but I have had no complaints and they love choosing which snack they are taking to school. What I like about chewy moon is that they are nutritionally balanced with no junk, at an affordable price. I don't see anything like these really in the supermarket aimed at kids, it would be handy to be able to pick these up if we have run out before our boxes arrive in the post.

Fantastic wide range of healthy kid friendly snacks. Ideal for lunch boxes or after school snacks. We particularly like the strawberry hearts and orange carrot moons. All snacks are vegetarian and made from all natural fruit, veg and grains, nuts etc.
