We were in a bit of a predicament with credit card debts, a mortgage with extremely high interest and commitment to the government help to buy loan. Stephen is a friendly, approachable individual who talked us through our options. Through a staged process we were able to eventually consolidate our debts and remortgage at a much lower interest to pay off the help to buy. We now have a much more manageable payment, saving us approx £300 each month, and we can finally feel rest assured that we own our home. Stephen was fully committed to helping us through the process and was always available, no matter how late in the day, which is important when you are working full time. Stephen also assisted in getting new life and income protection insurances which were more suitable than our current ones. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
