I needed a new battery because the last one was defective and CHI insitute knew about this issue. We both had a lot of problems with the unit before the new battery because we did not know about this problem.
Once we called, the issue was quickly resolved. However, a lot happened to us before the call trying to figure out the problem.

Thank you for your CHI Palm. I purchased it due to the fact that it supports 3 areas. Of course the sleep mode is great and the overall peace mode. I am so impressed by the healing mode . I did buy the product for myself but over the summer I encouraged my brother to use after chemo treatments and it helped him recover between treatments so much faster and alleviate a lot of back pain. CHI Palm is an important part of my life!

I'm glad to have the CHI Palm as part of my arsenal to combat the inevitable aches and pains of life. And it's a pleasure to do business with the company because they seem genuinely concerned about my welfare.

I was able to pay for the CHI Palm using my FSA account from work: I had to get my orthopedic surgeon to sign off on a document of medical necessity to pay for it with FSA money, but he was happy to sign that piece of paper....which speaks volumes! This is a great device....it keeps me truckin'!

Long time user

I’ve used CHI machines since the eighties. I’ve purchased each improved version. I’m not sure if I like the battery charged as compared to plug-in models. With each version I purchased 3. One for mom and one for sis. We’ve all used countless times for many reasons and shared with friends.

The new Palm is nothing short of fantastic. It's lighter, easier to hold and position and the adjustability of the settings makes it the easiest Infratonic device ever. My husband and I have a hard time deciding who will get to use it every night. It seems to be even better at managing pain, especially for my arthritis . It's been almost 20 years since I purchased my first machine and the Chi Institute has always been there for advice and support the few times that I have needed help. With the palm. It is easy convenient and stays charged for a long time. We have been with your company for a long time. My husband has a slight aortic aneurysm that they discovered after his stroke 18 years ago. They told him it would never get better only get worse to this day it is the same we give Chi the credit for that and the love of the universe. Thank you so much.

This is a great company!
