At an age of 80

At an age of 80, my body has developed many forms of dis-ease of which my 2 I9's smooth away almost immediately when applied to my body. I know with the application of the I9 my discomfort will be lessened or gone immediately.

I found the Chi people courteous and…

I found the Chi people courteous and helpful. I was surprised to receive my old Chi machine had not been fitted with a coil which was unbroken. But my money for repairs was refunded without any problems. I wonder if these coils are still used in any other products on the market and therefore are available?

Thank you for the review. With the older machines, we do have a 50/50 chance of repairing them as they have no been in production for nearly 13 years. Our machines were built and constructed for our company and this is why if the older machines have issues as needing a new diaphragm or coil, we normally cannot repair these issues as we don't have any new parts.
