best investment ever!
I have been working with Chiara over the last few months & could not recommend her enough! Chiara has tailored both my meal plan & workout plan from which I have already noticed progress this early into my Journey! She is so so supportive & is always checking in & keeping me on track! At first I was hesitant about online coaching but with Chiara I have no complaints! She breaks down each exercise in detailed videos which has given me so much confidence approaching new exercises in the gym! The app is so amazing and I literally feel like I have a little workout bible that I can refer to in my phone! If I have any concerns she responds quickly and takes the time to explain and reassure me! The only regret I have is not joining up sooner! It is so refreshing working with a PT who is so passionate about you achieving your goals & I am so excited for the future and smashing my goals with Chiara!

Best training experience
Starting a personalized program with Chiara was by far the best decision. She helped me losing fat and gain glutes at the same time. After only two weeks I've seen amazing results around my body. The meals are really tasy and super diverse. She was the first trainer I worked with that included many meals based on carbohydrates. I have pizza, sweets, pasta and many more dishes that I enjoy. Also she is super attentive and always check how I am progressing and if there are things to adjust for my meals or workouts. I really, really recommend her and her training sessions.

Starting this journey with Chiara was the best decision I could make. I was in one of the worst period of my whole life and this was what I needed. I always was super skinny and I never thought I could gain some weight. Thanks to her and her plans I did it, and this helped me so much, not only becoming physically stronger, but mentally too. It really was the right decision at the right time. It is expensive, but I absolutely recommend it if there is the economic possibility and the want to commit.

Excellent workout and nutrition plan
Excellent workout and nutrition plan. Chiara is so supportive and is alway there when you need her! She has made Mr look at food in a completely different way and understand that I need to actually eat properly to be healthy! Chiara has this great energy and is so positive which is just what you need when you are on a fitness and health journey! I have had some amazing results and we are only at the beginning still! I would highly recommend this to anyone!!

Chiara is the best trainer I’ve ever had. I’m so happy and motivated, she’s the kindest person in the world, her meal and workout plans are really tailored to fit all my needs and I don’t feel any pressure about dieting or exercising, as she makes everything sustainable and I always feel well supported. I’m on week 12 of training with Chiara and the difference I have seen physically and mentally is amazing. Having a better understanding of what I should be eating and giving my body the right nutrition has helped massively with my energy levels, mood and recovery from the gym. The workouts are enjoyable and easy to follow and the meals are tasty and easy to make. Having a weekly check in with Chiara keeps me accountable and she checks in regularly to see how I’m getting on. She’s always lovely and so encouraging. Physically my strength has increased drastically, my waist is smaller, I’m no longer bloated and my glutes and legs are more toned. I feel confident and comfortable in my own skin. It’s the first time I’ve set goals and actually stuck to them and it’s because I’ve got the support and accountability from working with Chiara. Thank you girl! So happy with the results so far and can’t wait for the next 12 weeks!

Chiara is such a smart woman with lots of experience. I noticed in the beginning I was jot caring for the meals, but the more I expressed that the more she worked with me into what wpuld work for me. She can't read your mind so if you don't care for the meals you have to tell her what types of food you like. Also I thought the meals would be updated every week or every 2 weeks but it's every month. To me that's a while to wait for more meals but that's just me! The workout plans are good. The issue is her response time. However I know she has a lot of clients, but given how pricey it can be I don't know what to think. I either think she needs to have less clients at a time OR tag team with someone who is a professional as well in helping her respond OR maybe every 2 days out of the week she is open for a few hours for discussions. However I know with her new app she did say she might have lives with questions. However for the people who were here in the beggining, I don't find that fair because we are missing out because that wasn't a thing when we started. Maybe the people who were here before the new updates should get a month free lol. I also suggest finding a easier way to send videos through chat besides email. Email only let's you send 8 seconds and that's not enough time to check for form. For the most part Ciarah goes out of her way to try and help you the best way she can. I just suggest either lower your price because it's not as " one on one" as if you were in person OR like I said tag team with someone or 2 days out of the week for a few hours be free to anserw questions back to back. Also as far as the meal plans, maybe update it every 2 weeks.
Highly recommend
When I started my training I was already regularly in the gym but wanted a better understanding of macros, calories for my body (rather than just going off google which was telling me to eat much less!) and progressive overload. Chiara has helped me so much. I’m now eating more and still losing weight but In a sustainable way. I’m also lifting more and have a better understanding of nutrition for my long term goals. I’m now on my 3rd month and feeling great.

I am so grateful to Chiara for helping me overcome such a tough phase in my life. I had taken over four months break from the gym due to so many life factors and I felt as though I was starting back again at zero. I really needed that extra push to rebuild myself, which Chiara provided for me. She set small manageable goals, which helped me with my energy levels and sense of accomplishment, by customizing my workouts and meal plans. She also held me accountable weekly to update my measurements. Aside from that, she really utilized the chats to check in and provide encouragement and support through my journey. This just shows how hands on she is with all her clients. I am in such a good place; my confidence is at its peak and above all I feel so empowered mentally. I have Chiara to thank for that.
Too expensive
through my fitness journey with Chiara I have definitely seen a difference in my body. I'm just sorry it doesn't feel personal.. maybe it's just me. I pay €190 every month, which I find really absurdly expensive for what I get. The eating plans didn't help me. Also the food is not available in my country. a video is sent to me with mediocre explanations on how to weigh my food.. didn't really help me despite the workouts. Those were great. Furthermore, she is very nice, but I do not recommend it for such an expensive price.

170 pounds for the program seems a lot for what it is. I got more benefits from 3monthly program, just over 30 pounds per 3 months!! 10 quid for a month...
Quite slow response time...no flexibility within the meals. You take it as it is or you swap it in whole. I had 1 product missing which was not available in the UK. I bought the rest. She swapped the whole meal..I was left with ingredients. Plus what's the point giving the ingredients that aren't available in the UK...the app She is using is commonly used by other PTs. I imagine the meals are taken somewhere from the platform..
In addition, I had NO FEEDBACK on my weekly reports. So what's the point sending one? Only had changes in my plans if I asked for it. A little disappointed because it is not what I would imagine when PT should lead you and mentor you through your journey...also if you want to cancel 3 months personal program...give her 1 month notice! So cancel before 2nd month otherwise you will end up with paying for 4 months. Have to say it was a nightmare by the end...some meals OK, still use the recipes, some really pointless like nobody must have prepared the meal before because it didn't make sense in the end...like ketchup portion in the burger...too much!!
I recommend 3 months program but not personal coaching...

Chiara has absolutely changed my life for the better. She truly is such a kind, caring, sweet, understanding and pure hearted person. She has motivated me and given me so much courage to push and work harder than I ever have before. She has helped me achieve goals I never believed I could until I discovered her and her program. This program has helped me stay consistent and dedicated to working and pushing myself harder each and everyday. I’ve achieved so many new goals and am seeing results I never thought I would. I’ve gained mass in my glutes whilst losing inches off my waist and stomach and that is with no food restrictions. She has taught me it’s all about balance and you don’t have to be on some crazy diet to achieve your goals. And Not only do her workouts challenge me but she attends to my every need.
