No good. Scammer I’m fed up with companies putting their adds out there promising these goods taking my money and nothing materialises . I’ve reported it to Shopify, Facebook and now you.
Around Christmas time I ordered a product money was taken and nothing ever arrived. I’m fed up with these companies from afar thinking that they can do what they like when it comes our Money and products. This company Chic-lucky tell you the goods are on there way and no other way of tracking it. I advise people not to buy from them as you will be disappointed like me.

Ordered from Facebook ad 3 dresses , they didn’t suit me I emailed numerous times requesting info on how to refund , they tried to offer me 20% discount on new item if I kept them , I replied saying no thank you I want to return the dresses and get refund , no response with the return information, utter scam . So far I have no idea how I return the items so order knowing you cannot get refund

After lots of emails to- thro I went via PayPal dispute. This company then offered full refund only if I closed dispute.. however once U do this U cannot go back thru PayPal so declined. Didn't trust them to honour their word. PayPal then loaded with this company & agree for me to have full refund but only once I returned product. I had no issues returning their crappy items, but only if they covered the postage cost to china. Typical scenario. Would leave me out of pocket. PayPal did a good will gesture for me & covered me with a PayPal vouchers but this doesn't help others. Companies like these should not be allowed to get away with selling fake copies which then put customers out of pocket. Avoid this .company at all cost

I ordered face powder which was buy one get one free. One of them was completely shattered and not the make that was described on the website. I have written numerous times and get a generic response saying I have had a reply which I haven’t. This is very frustrating as I need the second product. I have emailed the customer care email that they give. If you should read this review my order number is above so please email me as no one responds from your email address.

I received a response asking which product was damaged and they said they would replace. I have replied to them and still not heard anything about the replacement yet.
This is getting frustrating now as you reply on here but not to emails! I have put my order details on here and also in the email. Colour warm beige 05 was damaged. Maybe you could respond on here once sent!

I did actually receive a refund which wasn't easy and took around 7 attempts due to automated repetitive emails..

Won’t be ordering again. Ordered what was advertised as Dr Melaxin calcium stick and got a copy of this called calcium power multi balm. Ordered 14th Feb and arrived 2nd March from China. Seems they are one of the companies that supply their own version. Tried to use the support link on web page but it doesnt seem to work. Be wary of buying from this company.
Update- received response as below offering refund however when tried to reply using the email says failed.

Satisfied with this company
This company were very helpful. I ordered some leggings that look like tights. When they came they were really nice quality but sadly they weren’t big enough. I ordered what I thought were a bigger size but they were just the same. This is the only reason I have given a 4 star rating it’s the sizing of them that’s not good.
They sent the second pair pretty quickly knowing how disappointed I was.
