We have bought a lot of furniture from this company over the years and have to say everything is still in excellent condition and i would highly recommend Chic-Teak. Wonderful customer service, and a fab delivery team too. Keep up the good stuff!

The difference between our new table and chairs and their, admittedly much cheaper, predecessors is simply amazing it's a simple case of you get what you pay for.

Teak furniture is extremely high quality and service has been top notch as well from ordering to delivery, which they handled in-house. The two gentlemen moved the furniture through a narrow space to access the garden, then re-assembled it and showed me hot to fold it and how best to look after it.

The customer service was professional and friendly , keeping in touch with us with the progress of the bench and with a great understanding of how we felt the need to make the memorial bench as amazing as the lady we lost . The bench itself is such a wow factor .. the carving , the finish … perfection …CHIC TEAK THANK YOU

Outstanding old fashioned customer service.

I ordered a teak garden table which arrived today. It is beautifully constructed and well worth the investment in a quality piece. Customer service staff were efficient and the delivery team careful and on time. I even received a call to check I was happy with my purchase after delivery.

I’d highly recommend Chic Teak.

It seems to be increasingly difficult to get hold of good quality teak furniture online as there appear to be a multitude of companies who have sprung up of late, some of whom appear to be total charlatans. We are fortunate to live relatively near to Chic Teak so went to their showroom, and can confirm to anyone who is worried about buying online that their quality is excellent. We purchased a 2-3m extending table which whilst not the cheapest certainly looks like it will last many decades (they have a 10 year warranty). We previously bought a smaller table from Indian Ocean Ltd about 14 years ago (which is still going strong) and the new table seems to be better quality than that. The legs, the supports underneath and the table top itself are all larger / wider / thicker and the whole thing looks beautiful.

I've also had great service from the company - both before purchase and also have received a follow up call to check that we're happy with the table.

I can't recommend Chic Teak enough.

This company delivered our Lord's pavilion bench today. They were extremely efficient, called before arrival , arrived on time and delivered without any mishap. So unusual these days so their service was very much appreciated and worthy of mention as a good firm to do business with.

I recently purchased a garden set from chic teak ( one extendable table , 2 carver chairs and 4 dining chairs) I was a bit reluctant to pay what I thought was a high price in comparison to our previous teak furniture. I am so glad I did , I now fully appreciate what grade A teak is and the huge difference in quality compared to the cheaper alternatives. The customer service was excellent Jules was extremely helpful and informative, the delivery was on time as promised and although I wasn’t there at the delivery time my wife said the chaps were polite and very efficient, all I can say is if you are looking for top quality teak furniture look no further, thanks chic teak
