Een travel jumpsuit en broek besteld…

Een travel jumpsuit en broek besteld van Mi Piace. Helaas bleek de broek uitverkocht te zijn in mijn maat. Maar ik kreeg hierover wel een nette mail met een voorstel voor een kleinere maat of terugboeking van dit product. Ik heb voor het laatste gekozen en dit was binnen no time gecorrigeerd. De Travel Jumpsuit werd vervolgens wel netjes verstuurd en was ook de juiste maat. Dus al met al tevreden met de webshop en de klantenservice. Misschien klein verbeterpuntje, als je voor ruim 100 euro besteld, dan zouden de verzendkosten mijns inziens wel gratis moeten kunnen zijn. Evt. retourkosten kan ik wel nog eventueel inkomen. Dus dat zou nog wat beter kunnen. Daarom 4 sterren, maar het bedrijf is dus zeker betrouwbaar in mijn ogen.
