The worst experience I received from a doctor in the USA

Utterly rude and un-professional, starting from the receptionist (Mairy), the nurse (Cecilia) and the doctor (Narendra): 1. I purchased 20 units of Botox from Groupon and booked the appointment in Naperville 2. Once at the practice they advised me to purchase further more 17 units (11USD/unit) for the forehead and between the eyebrows - I decided to go for 10 units as the nurse kept saying 'you have to have all the injections now. If you do it again in 3 weeks you will look like a Joker' - how rude and un-professional. 3. I called after 5 days and the nurse said to call in 10 days (my forehead kept moving) and again she kept mentioning the Joker remark 4. 10 days later I called once again and the receptionist said the doctor just left (at 10.45AM) and I should call after 2 weeks then she put the phone down on me while I was explaining to her my Arthritis episode just started and I cannot walk - how utterly rude of her 5. The brief meeting when the doctor did the botox was over a few minutes, he did not introduce himself and only made around 7 injections with a small syringe - I doubt there were 30 units in those 7 injections he did just above the eyebrows only. Until now my forehead is moving and I see no difference from how it was before 6. I asked the nurse during that meeting what Botox product they are using to which she replied 'is botox' several times. I read some information on the wall where it said they were using Allergan later on - did she not know what product they were using? When speaking on the phone with her she said 'I did not understand what you were saying' - yeah, right. 7. I had Botox done for over a decade in the UK where doctors teach doctors from around the world how to do the botox properly and that if you do not notice any difference (a. if the Botox product is open and left un-used, b. if the botox is too diluted or c. if the doctor does not apply it properly) then you can have a top up in 3 weeks. The reply of the nurse for this was: 'you will look like a Joker' repeated several times - does she know better than thousands of doctors from around the world? 8. The practice refused the video I was offering to send it to them as proof of no results and put the phone down on me with all the conversation recorded. I reported them to BBB as I want my money back for lack of results. But do I have to put up with 3 people so rude, who simply took my money for nothing and put the phone down on me while not prepared to speak over the phone but only as I speak? If I was to go to the practice again would they behave differently? I doubt. According to reviews around this seems to be the pattern with patients they do not need - clearly this medical 'staff' lives on a backwarded planet.
