FRAUDULENT CONTRACTOR BEWARE!!!!
Where do I even begin...I never like leaving bad reviews but what i learned from this experience is that no one else especially a single mother who works hard as I do deserve to go through what I've gone through....almost 10k gone and when I say NOTHING was really done to have earned that...NOTHING! I got my kitchen sink reset and my dishwasher outlet reset and thats really all. The owner name is Eric Fullilove...and it's quite connected because he's FULL OF CRAP! A FRAUD at best!
I don't care who you are, or who someone thinks they are..playing with someone's home repairs is NEVER okay, thats where I draw the line...so here we go:
1st Red flag was Eric the owner was to complete some personal projects for me aside from the work he was to complete per my insurance claim...
Do you all know this man presented a darn 2k invoice to me for his staff installing 4 shelves in a cabinet he did not build, and a half door, I will add photos! When I informed him of how ridiculous that price sounded, he said well that's for my guy resetting your kitchen sink as well(This was covered and paid by my insurance)I wish I would've walked away then, it only got worse after that.
Weeks went by and no word from Eric or his team, remind you he requested a key to my home for access, so accessibility was NOT an issue. After waiting a few weeks after the sink installation, here he comes with a dude that he probably found off the street to do the grout cleaning on my kitchen floor, it was half done! My floor still looks a damn mess!
After that I had setup an inspection with my mortgage company to receive additional funds for the basement repairs. He completed the inspection on July 8th..the funds come, I get 2 cashiers checks for 4400 and another for lets say 3800, I give them to him, I'm waiting for the work to restart, this slick person tells me the checks were for work that he already completed! Outright lied! And he tried to say the work the previous contractor completed was work that he actually did.
One thing I am glad that I did was install surveillance objects that he nor his bs workers could see! Nothing he claimed he did was done! He even claimed he reset my countertop in my kitchen, NEVER HAPPENED! I could go on and on, at the end of the day, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He's very charming and slick! He would probably not take advantage of men this way,but us poor single women, don't stand a chance!
But I believe in ACCOUNTABILITY and I will get the justice i deserve in this situation. I will use EVERY platform to make sure his company is known for taking full advantage of women! There is another review where that poor lady was medically challenged, he didn't care, he still took her money and left her home INCOMPLETE!
