Would not recommend this company!

My Initial experience was good having dealt with Jamie via email and phone in order to obtain a valuation to sell my motorcycle to them however after receiving the valuation and advising that I wanted to go ahead and accept their offer it all went south and I’m not sure why.

Email communication seemed to stop after advising that I wanted to accept their offer so I called through on the phone to arrange the sale….. no appointment (time/day) was arranged to sell I was just advised that I could come in any time Tues to Sat but to avoid Fri afternoons so I advised that I intended to come Tues to sell the bike to them but would let them know if it changes.

I realised late Friday that I couldn’t make Tues so I emailed Jamie and advised that I would come down Weds mid-morning and that I hoped that would be okay.

It gets to Tuesday morning and I had had no reply so I called through on the phone to check that all was okay for me to come down the next day on the Wednesday only to be told no it’s not okay and then there was silence…I then asked when would be convenient and was told that he would need to check the diary and call me back …No surprises that that call never came so I sent an email asking if he still wanted to buy my bike as if not I will need to make alternative arrangements and again no response!

I don’t know for sure but my guess is that they had a change of heart and decided that they didn’t want to buy my bike for whatever reason but why not just say? I’m glad that I phoned and didn’t just turn up on the Weds otherwise it would of been a wasted journey! They have lost me as I customer and I will not recommend to others!

This was without doubt the BEST experience we have had buying a motorbike! We dealt with Kayleigh who was just lovely to deal with and she sorted everything straight away. The bike was delivered quickly and in great condition. We would definitely buy from them again ~ excellent experience!

I recently took my bike in for a service and break check and was caught off guard by how many issues they found with the bike. While none of the issues surprised me I wasn't prepared for how bad the bike had gotten. Though once I got the bike back it felt like a new machine. The whole bike felt better, it rode better and even the engine sounded better! They are a friendly and knowledgeable group of guys who really seem to really know their stuff. I am now a very happy and soon to be returning customer and can not recommend them highly enough!

Took my Kawasaki Ninja H2 SX SE in to get the front tyre replaced. Best price on a new Bridgestone Battlax S22 and very fair price to fit it. Staff very helpful and were very flexible and understanding that I was trying to get there and back without getting rained on! Enjoyed checking out their amazing collection of used bikes that they have for sale as I waited.
