I had ordered something for my wife and overlooked that the French sizes differ from the German sizes. Here I would have liked a hint! Due to the round-thret I have now paid 30 euros and should I order the roofs again, pay 9 euros again. This annoys me.
In addition, communication regarding the exchange is difficult and not customer-oriented. Unlike other brands, I am not convinced by Castelnango.

unfortunately, the sizes of the bras and knickers vary greatly. The sizes in the first order fit very well. I therefore chose the same sizes in the subsequent order. Unfortunately, the pants did not fit at all. After returning them, I ordered the knickers in a larger size. Unfortunately, they are still too tight. As shipping to and from Austria is very expensive, I will not be requesting another exchange. So now I have underwear that doesn't fit well. This is a shame, as the fabrics and styles are very appealing and I would definitely like to order more.

Poor Customer service:
Still waiting for my refund after my returned packages is already for 3 weeks at their facilities. They promised it will be refuned in 10 working days but now i do not get any reply anymore.
The customer service was extremely unprofessional. Rather than completing a promised exchange with free shipping, they issued a refund, which required me to place a new order and pay extra shipping. Although I was assured that the shipping cost would be refunded, I had to remind them multiple times. They also failed to properly track my case, forcing me to send several emails and repeatedly provide my order number. This experience was frustrating and poorly handled.

They never asked to send an order number. Here is what they wrote:
You can proceed with your purchase without worry: we will refund the standard shipping costs once your order has been placed.

I ordered from Chichi Castelnango (France) to the UK. The parcel was delivered to a completely different building by the delivery company they chose to work with. The “proof of delivery” photo clearly showed another address, yet Chichi Castelnango refused to take proper responsibility.
After many emails, they requested personal details and ID copies, saying they would “start an investigation,” but they never actually did. Instead, they told me to “check with your neighbour” or pay customs again if I wanted a replacement.
Regardless of which delivery partner they use, it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure the order reaches the customer. This was a total failure in accountability, transparency, and customer care.

Experience was good and the underwear seems to be of good quality. Also the delivery was fast. However, it would be good to have a full integrated english version of all the homepage and marketing features.

Bikini is of good quality, but I ordered to another EU country and until the day of delivery no exact tracking was available, only “parcel is on the way” message. I wrote an email asking if all is good but there was no answer. Also, I need to change size of one of the items but apparently I need to pay for the courier myself. It does not look trustful - I have no guarantees that they will get my item back and if they will confirm since they did not answer my email about tracking before.

parcel was claimed as delivered by courrier but never arrived. also, we were home at time of supposed delivery. i have been in touch with customer service the day after, but they are only making me wait and even want me to pay reshipping while not investigating with their courrier. really poor customer service. this is a really bad experience for a first-time buyer. very disappointing.
also, they find the time to claim they don‘t know me on a sunday, bit have not replied to my last email since friday… i have been in touch multiple times. do your work thoroughly and there won‘t be a basis for poor reviews.
