Fast shipping and clear communication when it arrives. Easy to put together and spare parts provided and well labeled. As other reviewers suggested, I put a coat of creosote on each part before assembling and a second coat after and makes it look and likely last a lot longer. The ramp is very short, so made a new one. Good size for 6 big chickens and the roof bits had some extra foam type insulation which I didn't expect but helpful! I was careful to build it on a flat level surface and the pan is easily sliding in and out without a problem (I was worried about that). Also the pan can be removed from front and back which is very helpful. Great coop for the price, but expecting it will last about 3-4yrs max which is fine. Overall very happy.

Please measure in your garden before purchase as it’s not as big as it looks - I did do this but the run could really be taller.
Ordered on Friday delivered on Wednesday, so not necessarily next day- I did expect it on the Monday. Delivery company difficult to get hold of.
Simple to put together, pre drilled holes made it very easy. One damaged plastic cap for the coop leg but usable. Chicken wire used not really pest proof so have double proofed it myself.
Would be great if there was a roosting / wooden bar inside the run to either roost or hang things like feeders from.
Other than this happy with our purchase.

Bit disappointed with this coop
Bit disappointed with this coop. It’s not water tight and leaks where the egg box’s are. Big let down for the price of this not to be dry inside. We have to try and make it waterproof ourself so not ideal.
I would say Unless using this under cover I wouldn’t buy this coop.

Easy to use website with lots of choices. Delivery was quick and smooth. The Coop came flat packed but was soon put together after I had painted it inside x out !! Our chickens love it !!

Easy to build and does a job for us after we have moved house. One thing to bear in mind is that it’s smaller than it looks in the photos so check dimensions. It also says suitable for up to 5 chickens but I wouldn’t put more than 3 in it.
In terms delivery, that was great and building was fairly straightforward.
Overall not a bad hen house if you only want to keep 2 or 3 hens.

DO NOT BUY!!! Brought a chicken coop from this company and paid extra money to have the wood treated so it was weather proof. I brought this in April and it lasted 7 months until the weather started getting wet and inside the lid to the main coop is covered in mould. The wood itself is extremely cheap and thin, there is no way it has been treated as areas of it is starting to rot from the rain. Extremely expensive for a coop that has not even lasted a year - now having to fork out more money to buy another coop for the hens to keep them safe from any respiratory illnesses from mould.
