I needed to change 4 thousand U.S. into Cdn, but there were not enough Canadian dollars available.
Part of the Cdn dollars was a 100 pack of 5 dollars bills. The money counter machine counted 100, but at the B.of Nova Scotia one block away counted 99, one short. The bank ran them through more than once.
I phoned your West Van store and I was told to come in and I would receive a 5 dollar bill. So, all is well.

Could be better
The rates are inconsistent. Tried to call multiple times and even text, but would never reach anybody. Their live chat is much more helpful.
Redeemable factors:
They are open 7 days a week and from super early to super late (but note their closing operations begin around 9:15-9:30pm), so this is very convenient for folks working.
They also take multiple forms of payment, including credit and debit card, which other crypto places do not offer.
