Ordered leggings and my package took 3 months to get to my area just to be seized due to tracking being counterfeit had to email a million times then they said they would talk to support about a refund and wound up delivering another shipment of leggings and still have nothing to show for my order no leggings or refund this website is a scam. I shld get a full refund!

Do not buy from this company. Over 2 months to get leggings. Horrible quality. Then had to pay to return. Worst customer service too. -Evelyn Velez

SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.. I’ve ordered 2 months ago, spent just under £100 but the package never arrived. I’ve emailed them numerous times but no response.

Scam. Never arrived. They keep putting me off. Not even a tracking number 30 days later.

SCAM. I had ordered 4 pairs of leggings. Quality is terrible and the leggings are way too big. It took about 3 weeks to arrive. I have been trying to reach out to "support" to return my items for 3 weeks now and "Bianca" says that they have to get an updated return address. I have reached out 4 times now. I wish I would have read these reviews beforehand.

I ordered my leggings and received them several weeks later. I got them and they were too big. So I returned them with a tracking number. I provided the tracking number to the support team. I was told that an exchange would be processed. I let Bianca know what size and colors I wanted. She told me she would take care of everything and I will be notified once they processed it in the warehouse. It's been since December 2023 that this "process" has been taking place. It's almost the end of February 2024 and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. so I asked for a refund and I was told that I need to have extended patience for this to be submitted. It's been over 2 months how much patience is needed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY... COMPLETE SCAM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY I BEG YOU PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!

Wish I would have done my research! Not only did it take a month to arrive but I ordered the Roush leggings what a joke! Worst quality leggings I’ve ever ordered! I will absolutely never wear them out! Won’t even try to return them because I guarantee I won’t get my money back. Thumbs all the way down

I ordered from chic majestic in Oct 2023 returned the order back the same day I received the 2 pair shoes an a body suit switch was 96 dollars an the shipping fee to return the products back total 42 dollars they keep sending emails saying the same BS this company needs to be stopped ASAP taking peoples hard earn money don’t order anything from thes freaking crooks here it is Jan 2024 an I still have not received my money did everything they ask tracking number all that

Returned my order do to the leggings were too small, I returned them two days after they were delivered the company received them back and it’s been 2 months of emails of them avoiding giving me my money back. Complete scam. They owe me $50.

I ordered leggings in November 2023. They were too small so I had to return them at my expense. It is January 9, 2024, and I still have not received the correct size I’ve paid for. I have contacted support several times and they are unresponsive. Do not waste your time or money ordering from this company.

Scam! Package finally said arrived after 31 days of shipping logs. Wasn't in my mailbox. Called USPS & they said the tracking number was a scam! 😤 VERY DISAPPOINTED!
