Another Scam site!

Another Scam site!! Clothes came awful, I lost over £200 cos won’t return to China so offer fraction of cost to keep these hideous outfits!! Facebook should help us but tried and still lost all my money!!! 😡😡😡

Awful communication and clothing

I ordered a outfit from this company and it looked nothing like the picture .when I received it and also it was miles to big and to long i contacted the company they offered me 5% of and said to keep it not good enough i paid £30 and plus posted and packing I contacted them again after a few Attempts they then send me a jumbled up message it was so confusing it was not straightforward 😡 how to send it back and plus said £5 will be deducted from the refund for postage i strongly would not buy from this company i wish i never brought from them I’m now stuck with this outfit and over £30 pounds out of pocket Do not purchase from them !!!!!

Injured hazardous fabric content

I purchased several t-shirts from Chicme earlier this year and unfortunately had a very bad experience. After wearing them, I developed painful abrasions under my breast and on my back that felt like glass shards under my skin. At first, my doctor and I thought it might be an allergic reaction or insect bites, but it only happened when I wore these shirts. On closer inspection, the fabric seems to contain sharp fibers, possibly fiberglass.

This has caused me urgent medical care, including ER visits, and I would strongly caution others before purchasing. Clothes should never cause injuries like this.

Dear Aaron,

Thank you for your response. However, I must strongly disagree with your position and clarify my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The Act requires that all goods, including vehicles, must be:
• As described
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose

The vehicle supplied to me was not as described (only minor scratches were disclosed, with no mention of major faults), and it was not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose, as it was undriveable from the outset. This is a clear breach of my statutory rights.

Your statement that it is “the responsibility of the consumer to research this information” is incorrect. The responsibility lies with the trader to supply goods that meet the standards set by law. A consumer cannot waive their statutory rights, nor can a company remove them by imposing its own warranty process.

As the faults were present from the point of delivery, I am entitled to reject the vehicle in full. However, I am prepared to reach a fair resolution on one of the following terms:
1. A comprehensive two-year warranty, fully funded by cinch, covering all major components,
or
2. A full refund of the purchase price, including reimbursement of the insurance and tax already paid on the vehicle.

This situation has caused significant financial impact, as I have been paying for a vehicle I could not drive, in addition to costs for a courtesy vehicle. It has also created considerable stress and emotional strain, which has negatively affected my mental health.

If one of the above resolutions is not confirmed within 7 days, I will escalate the matter through Trading Standards and seek legal action for breach of contract and misrepresentation.

I trust cinch will act responsibly to resolve this without further delay.

They have no interest in giving or have any moral compass with after sales !!!

Horrible

Bought a dress. It was too big. I reached out to customer service where they are offering me a 30 percent discount and I keep the dress. I said no I want a refund. They said I need to send the dress back in the original bag. Which is any other cheap bag. Then gave me the address to send it back like this... street, 555 blank rd, St, IL , zip, 00000. Instead of typing it full out so I can copy and paste. If you order from there make sure you know your size because their return policy is crazy. They are not like any other company where you can just copy a QR code at the post office. Oh and i hope what you're ordering isnt for a special occasion because it takes weeks to get to you. It's like they are purposely trying to make it hard to return.

Poor poor quality

Poor poor quality. Item arrived totally different to the photos like im talking about totally different outfit. They tried to say colours can vary. Im sorry this went past the colours can vary and completely to a fake cheap awful disgusting outfit. They should not be allowed to get away with this. I am still awaiting refund

I gave one star because I had too! I will never order from this place again!!! I ordered a jumpsuit for over £30 and I never received the item, I emailed them asking for a refund and got told to track the item myself….. still not received the order and still not received a refund! Awful way to treat people…. 😞
