Fast service not complicated to order

Always had good service from this company.

I have ordered several lingerie to give out as stocking stuffers and the quality was cheap and not a good valué. I notified them and they never responded back. I couldn’t give them as gifts. I lost $120. Horrible customer service.

Smooth and secure transaction

The worst experience! The quality of the clothes are terrible, dont existe customer service, they wont accept returns or refund you, they give you automatic reply instead!!! Pls run from this company!!!!

The items I received were extremely low quality and obviously NOT what was pictured in the Facebook ads. Returning the items is next to impossible, with buyer having to click a ridiculous amount a links to find how and then provide detailed reasoning, pictures, and we are responsible for shipping. Even then it’s just a partial return!

I rarely EVER leave negative reviews but this so-called romper looked like an oversized hospital gown and was terribly cheap fabric.

I will never do business with this company, I advise others to do the same. I ordered things for this company, they sent me a email that their are package delays by 2 weeks.This company ruined my event I had planned, and caused me to overspend by having to purchase my clothes from somebody else. I wanted a refund on my package from this company because I didn't need my outfit anymore. They denied my refund because they claim it was to late. It was their fault to begin with because of package delays. I will never do business with them again.

Horrible experience! I will never order from them again! Beware before you buy from these people! I researched and measured myself closely before buying from them or anyone online. I purchased something and it did not fit but wasn’t worried because it says clearly that there are easy refunds. WRONG! You have a 14 day window and it has already been a week. I am trying to return my purchase, which they did respond to me that I have to pay to return it and I can get 10% off my next purchase! No money back. No credit. No nothing! What is that? Be careful before you buy. I am out $53. Never again!

WARNING!!! 🚨This company are a total scam!
if you don’t like your item and wish to return, their “easy returns” process basically means they offer and barter with you on a percentage of a refund. Then they don’t reply to you and when you chase for an update they tell you you’re now past your returns window - what a joke!!

These people are racist against Americans I created a ticket after realizing I already had the same color Capri's I ordered, and asked for gray. They said they had no gray so I changed the color four times and was told they were out of every color I chose. When I said brown she said "do you mean black ( the original color I ordered) have a nice day". I said I clearly said brown. She lied and said we are out of brown. So I went back and ordered gray and it said there were two left. I had a problem with another order too. They are full of crap don't order from them. I tried to cancel and she wouldn't let me.
