Worst company ever, ordered prints paid money and heard nothing back from the company! Please don’t order from they will take your money but you won’t receive your items

I believe this company to be fraud! I ordered 8th Sep and the money has been taken but no item has been received. I have emailed, and messaged the company in Facebook & Instagram to no availability. I did Google and managed to find the number of a guy called Luke who when looking on linked in, he is the director at Chic Prints. When he answered he claimed to not know the company and how this number is for Infinity fire and security which again is mentioned on his linked in

Placed an order on 20 June. Never received it but the money was taken from my account. Have sent numerous emails and messages since and had absolutely no response. Extremely poor service and I’m currently out of pocket with no print to show for it. Would not recommend or use again.

Ordered 2 frames, quality was that of the Range or Home Bargains despite the frames being marketed as “premium”. Emailed to arrange a refund and paid for my own return. Was told I wasn’t entitled to a refund as I had peeled back the protective film by 1cm to see if the quality was actually as bad as I perceived it to be. Would have expected a shop that sells premiums prints and frames to have a re-sealing machine no? Seems fishy to me! Got told that I had to pay again if I wanted them resent back to me. All in all £50 out of pocket with no item to my name. Daylight robbery and handled like absolute cowboys. I don’t care what your T&Cs state, they are ludicrous conditions. If you’re selling poor quality frames for extortionate prices, of course people need to peel back the flimsy “protective film” (that does nothing as mine had scratches on) to see with their own eyes. Shocking service, sassy unprofessional email responses. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I ordered a couple of prints but unfortunately one arrived damaged.
The really cheap frame was broken across one of the corners.
I contacted the company and was more than happy when they offered to send a replacement for the faulty item.
I did explain that the item was a gift so I had a limited time in which to receive the item.
10 days later - now too late for what I wanted it for, 3 emails- all ignored and still no replacement.
I have had to open a PayPal dispute as they are just ignoring my emails.
I would not recommend this company, the items are not good value and they just ignore you when you have a problem.

Lovely prints, quick delivery .. so happy with my purchase - can’t say anything bad against ‘chic prints’

I wasn’t going to leave a poor review and have emailed them about the quality of the product . However reading these reviews I don’t hold out much hope of a response ! Took 9 days to arrive and when it did , wasn’t even placed in the frame properly , I had to remove the back . Cheap Perspex frame I could get for £1.99 and print looks like I could just run off the internet . Shocking for £22. Want a refund and wouldn’t buy again .

Only ordered the print yesterday and it arrived today! It’s absolutely gorgeous! Quality is first class! Packaging ensured it arrived in perfect condition too! So pleased with the service and the print!

Bought 3 pictures- one has arrived damaged- no reply to email. Pictures are nice but frames are very poor quality and not well made. Very poor value for money and as yet very poor customer service as no reply to email. Would not recommend this company as not value for money. As of 28th August no reply to the numerous emails I have sent about the damaged frame- shocking customer service- would not recommend this company at all.

I love my print, pride of place in my bathroom 😉😉❤️

I'm so sorry to have to give a bad review, but I've just received my print & frame priced at £39.99 the quality is shocking the frame bends it's so thin, I didn't realize that it was going to be Perspex and not glass but maybe at that price I expected it to be glass and didn't read all the details, if I had seen this in a shop I would have expected a price tag of around £10/12 please up your quality to match your prices or lower them. This is tack at a price!!

Don’t know what to do! Terrible service…
I received my order on 12th July, sent 5 emails to ask for return details as quality is poor and frame slightly damaged. No reply. £46.98 wasted.

Love love LOVE this print. It's hanging at the bottom of my stairs where I can see it everyday.

Very disappointing… frame bashed on arrival and image not as seen when purchasing

Ordered a gift in May and still have not received a dispatch note or the item. I have e-mailed four times to chase the status (to both info@ address and luke@), but noone has replied. Quite irritated as all the reviews indicated that the business was reputable.

Used a 50% off code to get two A4 prints for our kitchen. Arrived quickly and they look great

Ordered two different prints one as a gift and one for me but it got sent to me and not the delivery address. I sent a email they send another two to my mum! And the same print to me not the one I ordered. No response on email, socials or dms. The quality of the prints are awful I could have printed them myself! Terrible customer service and from reading the other reviews looks like a scam company DO NOT BUY!!
