A beautiful jumper was easy to order on a seemingly well organised website. I have bought from this company before and at that time it was a good buying experience. However this time it’s been most difficult to track my order. The message from the company says it’s on its way and I am just hoping it arrives soon. I am suspicious of the offer of a full refund if I write a review! Seems the company is struggling

I searched on line to find the perfect dress
I searched on line to find the perfect dress and found a little black backless number on your website. Although this says Chic and Sli, the one I used was called Lune. The buying process was very easy, when I left the page for something else my dtess was still in tje basket when I came back to the page, very handy! Even better they had 40% off on almost everything on the sight so my dress was nearly half price.
Much to my delight I got free postage as well. Couldn't be happy with the process so far.

The ordering process was super simple, the items have not yet been delivered (only ordered 3 hours ago) the order at first was declined but the issue was quickly resolved, the company kept in touch and have now advised that the first item is on it's way.
