Ordered from them before Christmas

Ordered from them before Christmas. Order arrived and both items were incorrect sizes, they knew this and put a note in saying sorry.
Why would I want clothes that don't fit me?
Returned them using tracked delivery and notified they were delivered back by royal mail.
Now no one from support is replying to me for my refund! I'm down £140 and just want my money back.

Late orders and poor returns

Ordered a month before my holiday. Not only did I not get my stuff in time it was the wrong order. It has been weeks since it was sent back and I have had no refund. Shocking.

Declining quality and poor customer…

Declining quality and poor customer service.

The hoodies get worse by the drop.

Overlaid the last 3 hoodie drops together and there's a noticeable decline in the amount of material used around the waist and armpits. This leads to a poorer fit. Material isn't as robust now either and is instantly noticable.

The planet hoodie compared to the alien hoodie is so scratchy and noticably worse to the touch.

I actually deciced to return the White ski themed hoodie as it was far smaller than the alien hoodie despite being the same size - it was sent via tracked mail and receieved a month ago and still no refund. Customer services are reading my emails but not providing any actual help.

Not worth the price anymore whatsoever.

Avoid this company- placed an order on 3rd of December for Christmas present- it’s now the 22nd , Royal Mail say they they received the confirmation of dispatch on the 15th - has not arrived. Customer service are none existent. Have requested a refund -let’s see how long that takes to process. Absolute shocking service will never use again

Avoid this company. Famous YouTubers trying to scam with they bad made Chinese products.

Bough a varsity jacket from the last collection.

To be honest, asos have more quality. Product made china using the worst materials. £150 spent for the badest varsity jacket and also all the sizing are off, I bought an M looks like an XS.

Return and cusutmer services also horrible!

Messed up order. Support is terrible

I’ve placed a large order recently on the early access launch night for the varsity collection. I ordered a hoodie, joggers, socks and a hat. My package arrived containing socks and a duffel bag, which is completely incorrect? I’ve reached out to support 3 times now with the order number and pictures, and still no response with a solution for this.

I know the quality of items are great as i’ve ordered before, but the support system is terrible and it makes me wonder whether they have run out of stock and are waiting for me to put in a refund request and miss out?

Good Products, Questionable Service

The childish products are excellent. Always good quality and real care taken over the presentation.

The problem is when something goes wrong and you need a refund.

I ordered items from the current collection on December 4th for my son, for Christmas as you'd expect. DPD have seemingly lost my package, as more than 30 days later, it's not arrived.

The support team for childish are quick to respond, but there is no substance to their messages. I've been told to wait for their warehouse to confirm my package is lost before they can give me a refund for the last two weeks. I know we've had Christmas etc etc, but this is ridiculous.

You can't refuse a refund when a customer has waited over 30 days for delivery!

Ordered space dust they sent me a free shaker no powder and I have seen this has happened to a lot of people they are now looking into this but it’s not good enough I’ve asked for a refund and they are just stalling saying I have to wait contacting my bank today
