Ordered a really cute blue with white flowers backpack for 24 dollars plus 9 dollars for shipping and got a cream with blue bows backpack from SHEIN that is 11 dollars and free shipping on SHEIN, I could of ordered it my self because I have the app
I ordered a dress for my kid's chamber concert on 7/19/2015 with two day shipping (a week before the actual concert day on 7/25/2015) but I didn't get a tracking number until 7/21 so I contacted the customer service. They said they shipped a dress already and they would email me the tracking number right away but they didn't until 7/23 so I emailed them again but they didn't reply. I chatted with customer service again on 7/24 and they said they definitely sent the dress before 7/21 and promised to email me the tracking number that day but they didn't again. My daughter definitely needed a purple dress for the famous chamber music festival concert on 7/25 so I ordered another dress on 7/23 (@ 8pm) through Amazon prime one day shipping because I couldn't trust them anymore and luckily it was delivered next morning. I was so MAD(they almost ruined my kid's concert) and I wanted to get a refund on this so I emailed them. They didn't reply my email for 2-3 times and when I finally chatted again with them, they said they would fully refund it right away and finally, the status has been changed as "refund" on my order history.
But when I checked my bank account today (8/23/2015) and it hasn't been refunded yet and the customer service made excuses about my email account. OMG!
And one more thing! I've never got the dress I ordered until TODAY which means they never send it to me!! This is definitely the WORST online store and customer service I've ever met!

This was a fast transaction. I found the ChildrensDressShop.com through a friend on Pinterest. I hadn't heard of them before, but I spoke to Jillian through the live chat. She spent about 40 minutes answering the questions before I was happy enough to make my order. The dresses were great. I bought three weeks ahead and did have time to get my alterations in. Next time, though, I will give myself more time for the whole process when I know I'm going to need to make alterations. I would recommend at least a month. The best part of this site for me, was that now I can resell the 3 dresses that I only needed for one time on the same website for people who are looking for flower girl dresses. This is better than ebay they say because there is no fee and people browse looking for it. I haven't tried it yet, but I intend to. So that is why I picked this store over the others.
