Wish I had read the reviews before opening an account. The site is awful when it comes to playing £150 later and no bonus when playing starburst. I agree with others please avoid it’s not worth it plenty of other better sites out there

Wouldn’t even give it one star if that was possible, it’s impossible to contact customer support. They take loads of money but make it impossible to withdraw!!! Disgusting avoid this site at all costs!! Won’t let you withdraw to a debit card, sent documents months ago and still not been confirmed! Robbing site!

Terrible casino. The company behind this and other affiliated casinos are scam artists. Tried to close all my accounts as I have a gambling problem and trying to stop. Have explained this to them multiple times via chat to get my account closed only for them to reopen this multiple times and bombard me with emails and texts.

Absolutely disgusting treatment today I won a good lot of money tried to get a withdrawal but was told via live chat that they can't pay out to visa card yet they took my deposits with it so I've ended up losing my money and I'm never using the site again really bad way to treat people

Website is a scam, they still owe me £10,000 which they refuse to pay out

The absolute worse site ever do not touch with a barge pole
I spent over £1000 on there and won £1300 and they closed my account saying I broke a rule? How can you break a rule when you use your own debit card and they are saying it could of been someone else’s? Had a good chat with a lovely lady at the gambling commission and she’s taken my case further

Joined verified account, went to withdraw, it stayed pending for 4 days, then got authorised, they said there was a mix up with my DOB??? So money got put back into my account, had to redraw, waited 3 days pending, got authorised, then a week later its back in my account!!!! They said the IBAN code was wrong (NO WAY) went onto online chat which always says you're talking to Alexa, Alexa was so rude accused me of having a fake email account, funny that because I got all the offers from them on email, she said I didn't understand the procedure, I asked how come we can deposit and it shows straight away but when you withdraw it can take up to 21 DAYS to be back into your bank??? Gave up closed ac.

I'm still waiting on my withdrawal after a week and 3 days and then when I withdrew they said I could only withdraw 10x the amount I deposited which I never heard of . I won't be a returning customer if I don't receive my money soon

Live chat answer quickly only thing is very difficult to view the transcript appears as a luminous blue and no visible phone no on the site although it says you can phone them.

I did phone them got through quickly. Needed to know when my payment was going to be secured.

CSA advised later this morning date 2nd of July request for withdrawal early hours am on the 2nd of July so let's see if payment arrives within the promised timescale.

So summing up good experience not happy with live chat as you cant see the transcripts no visible phone no on site and double charged on deposits and withdrawals.

Appears wrong information given by CSA withdrawal wont be finalized until 2 morrw the 3rd of July.

So account closed

I just do not like pending status when you can reverse the withdrawal then on top of everything you gotta pay for your deposits and your withdrawals.

Update 22.54pm 2nd of July

My PayPal payment was secured roughly at 6.50pm on 2nd of July which is not really a bad timescale ref withdrawal request was made early hours on the 2nd July so bout 11hrs???

Still got an issue with them charging me for the withdrawal and the depoist. No other online gaming site that I know charges for both deposit and withdrawals.

Its roughly a 50p charge for a deposit of £20 so bout 2.5 % on deposits and my withdrawal was £211.56 roughly clear funds was £209.16 so that's bout 1% my maths ain't that good.

Think this is Chilli 1st review got to get that sorted bit of a RIP off 2 b honest.
