Terrible food, and didn't care !
Before leaving a review, I always like to contact the people concerned, so they are aware as to why I left such a review.
" I placed an order with yourselves to my home address on Saturday 20th June at around 11.20pm, and delivery was confirmed for approx 12.05am on 21st June.
I regularly order the value box from yourselves, and besides my home address, I also receive orders at my business premises ( addresses removed ).
I provide this information so you can see that I am a regular customer of yourselves.
Unfortunately, last nights food was far from your usual quality standards. I'm not sure how long that chicken had been sitting, but it was overcooked, and dry to the extent it was too hard to eat. The chips also were in the fryer for too long, and were also inedible. Standards were well below your usual standards, and this food should have been thrown away. Certainly not sold to a customer. On a brighter note, the donner meat was fresh, cooked to perfection, and tasted good.
Unfortunately, the perfectly cooked donner meat was not enough to make up for the poor, poor quality of the chicken and chips.
I would appreciate your comments with regards to my complaint." No response whatsoever, so I have taken my business elsewhere. Order at your peril. You have been warned.
