We ordered a few items, the packaging had oil leakage, the oil bottle was not sealed properly, the biscuits were crumbled, we ordered plum cake and we were given fruitcake. We made 3 orders, the first one was pet deodorizer, which we still didn't recieve and it has been a week now. The customer service is horrible, the agents are rude and no one fixed our issues.

Worst experience buying from them. I ordere Multiple stuff from their website and the quality of the products was too low. I ordered oats with nuts and when i opened it, there were ants and bugs inside. I even have the video evidence. I even tried to reached out to them and no one responded!!!
