Paul was great. I have had an issue with my neck over the past few years which has stopped me doing so much. After seeing Paul he is making it much more manageable. I am now able to do what I could not before and after some more treatment we believe the issue should go away all together. Great customer service and a real understanding of the body. Thank you!

My daughter had an acute back spasm and in ALOT of pain. Paul went out of his way to see her on a Saturday morning. He was able to ease her pain, explain why it had happened and give her exercises to help prevent reoccurrence. Paul is highly professional, knowledgeable and really cares. Fantastic service, very professional. Paul completely solved a problem I had with my arm that had been troubling me for many months and I continue to see him for an ongoing problem with my neck and he has really helped with that too. He has also shown me how I can prevent it hurting between appointments with advice about posture and extra exercises that also help.

I came to see Paul after a friend recommended him as I’ve been suffering with back pain for several months. I’d had MRI scans which had diagnosed I had a bulging disc. I was offered surgery or a spinal injection but neither option was right for me so I wanted to try an alternative therapy first. I’d never seen an osteopath before so was a little apprehensive but Paul took the time to listen to my medical history and made me feel at ease. He thought he could help me and I’ve now had 4 appointments with him. He has really made a massive difference to lowering my pain levels. I always feel so much better after a visit, reduced pain, and a feeling of being lighter and looser and just more comfortable in my body overall. I highly recommend Paul.

Chiltern osteopath have been very helpful to me over the last few years. They have tremendously helped with my neck, back and hip! Coming out afterwards feeling free is the best way to put it. Very caring staff and would highly recommend.

I have been seeing Paul for many years. Originally for my neck and then my back too. He also cares for my knees which have had several surgeries on them. Paul is always attentive and cares for my physical and emotional well-being. Highly recommended.

I have used Chiltern Osteopathic Practice for many years and can highly recommend them. I have suffered badly with neck and back pain over the years as well as other issues such as tennis elbow and always leave the practice after my appointments feeling relieved and so much better! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I would highly recommend Paul, he helped me physically, from not being able to stand up straight, to now being able to do light exercise. Back pain can leave you at rock bottom mentally and Paul also supported me emotionally too. He goes that extra 1000 miles to make sure you are ok. A true healer

Paul is a God.
I have some rare connective tissue disorders which means I am hypermobile. Paul knows exactly how far he can move certain joints to eliminate the pain. He is the most kind and caring person and certainly helps me with not only my physical health but my mental health too. I would recommend anyone to go and see Paul as he really is a genius. If you have an ailment, don’t leave it for too long and GO SEE PAUL.

Absolutely great osteopath! Had various back and neck pains and he has managed to sort them out easily and given me a few exercises to do at home.
