I ordered a new glass for my log burner and unfortunately it was slightly too big on one side. I contacted chimsoc by phone and explained. They posted a replacement out to me that very day and I received it before 11am the following day. That is fabulous customer service. Thank you Chimsoc. I really appreciate it.
