Deception from this chinatechpay.com occurred today when they promised to send $31.8 to my PayPal but sent only $22 following a transaction which they had made me agree on the former stated price.
I advise everyone to use skepticism when dealing with this website.

Their rate is too bad. You will get your money alright but you will receive one third of the total amount. They give 7ghs for a dollar plus 8% charges on the dollar. Its too much.
