There couriers for scam companys supply fake tracking stating the parcel is moving and also delivered there site is all chinese 0 customer service

I'm expecting a couple of parcels sent from China via China Post, but they’ve never been delivered to my address in the UK. It’s already been 25 days, but the strange thing is that the status of one of these parcels shows "Delivered"—yet neither I, my neighbors, nor the concierge have received it.

I attempted to contact China Post using the provided phone number (+86 11185), but I was told to dial another number for international inquiries (+86 11183), which is the customer care contact for “ems.com”. Unfortunately, this number appears to be non-existent. The platform also offers alternatives, such as reaching customer service via WeChat, but the only option there is to follow them—there’s no way to engage in an actual conversation. The only other available option is interacting with a ChatBot, which proved to be just as unhelpful

I’m deeply concerned that China Post might be involved in some kind of scam or that scammers are working within the company, possibly in collusion with dishonest suppliers. It seems like they’re shipping empty boxes from China and then making those parcels "disappear" once they reach the destination country. This could explain the frustration of many others who’ve faced similar issues over time. They also make it extremely difficult to reach them, and it’s almost impossible to leave any reviews—positive or negative for ChinaPost.com

I’m confident that the suppliers I ordered from in Shenzhen might never have put those items inside the boxes at all. They are surely working in cahoots with people at China Post (if not China Post itself), manipulating the system to scan empty parcels at various stages of their journey, only to dispose of them once they reach the destination country. This is the only plausible explanation that makes sense to me.

I’ve been purchasing items from China for years, usually from other cities, and the honest suppliers have always used reliable carriers like FedEx or DHL. This time, I specifically requested the parcel to be shipped via FedEx for reliability and speed. Although I was assured it would be, it never happened. I didn’t initially complain, thinking it might just take longer, but it’s now clear there are other reasons for the delay.

Exercise caution when purchasing from suppliers you've never dealt before. Start by buying just one item, even if they assure you that it will be shipped using a reliable carrier. If you sense that they intend to use China Post as the shipping method, it’s wise to walk away—unless you’re willing to take the real risk of being scammed

Further to my earlier review, I have been informed that I have been scammed. My point is that if China Post name is being used, why is no action being taken against the scammers. Even though the email were sent to them they did not respond much earlier. They should have at least replied negatively to the email I sent them.

I could have put a stop to the payment
No Reply received yet Neither from the seller or China Post.

I have reviewed all my Cameras and there is NO Record of any delivery to my Property Address.

I have also visited every house on the whole street to enquire about any wrong delivery with my Neighbours but have not received any news.

Looks like the Delivery man has not delivered the items at all

So I got a fake tracking number, what's the delivery company in Belgium. Used by chinapost?

I was tracking my order when it said they delivered my package but NEVER did received my parcel. There's always somebody home in my house. This is the second time as my first order was “Lost”. However, tried to contact them again for new order numerous times from 18th June and got no response! I know you don’t deliver but why was the tracking information incorrect?

While these folks AREN’T China Post they do the tracking for them. They are quite considerate and willing to help you locate where your package might be if it is still in their system. I had a question and sent them a message… thinking they were China Post… they responded quickly, and gave me information they had and also showed true concern for a customer by making me aware that sometimes companies will give out fake information and can rip a customer off. They were very kind… and very efficient.

Chinapost-track is a great service, which allows you to follow the path of the parcels, but IT IS NOT THE COURIER that transports them. If a package doesn't arrive, it's not the fault of the person providing the information. Do not shoot the messenger! Ambassador doesn't bring any pain! Unlike others, it allows you to identify when a seller provides a false tracking number, or provides the same code to multiple buyers. You need to learn how to use it and know how to interpret the data.

They say they delivered a package. Never received the package. There's always somebody home in my house. I am retired And so is the other person that lives with me do not go through this company you will not receive your package

I ordered a item and the china post said it was delivered to my house I was home all day and it never came I would like to get some response to my problem or I will need to take some action.

Crappy shipping information!!! They don’t provide enough assistance as to where products are in route.

They claim to have delivered but it’s not true, I have had the worst experience with them, waiting for my item in transit for weeks and then showing it was delivered when it was never delivered. They are a scam company!

I live in Belgium. I ordered from the website: www longchampbelgium be ,and i ordered a bag. I ordered on march 22. Now it is april 12 so it has been 3 weeks already. I paid 80€. I can track my parcel with 17track. It still hasn’t changed. My tracking number is AS051561852CN. This was my first and last time ordering on a website I don’t know. I really hope I will still receive my package. And also little hope that it is before monday or monday because i really need it to go on a trip.

Delivered to wrong address

I order my parcel over a month ago, still stuck at Sunbury on Thames for 10 days always saying in transit and delivered. The web site is a shamble the English one also, none of the tab work absolutely no respond from any of my request. Sorry never experience anything like this with any postal order, I Truly believe there is something wrong with the company and very suspicious. Lets be honest a useless company can only do this, learn from Amazon. Your web site was put together by 2 years old.

They claimed they delivered my package and left it where I requested but I never received a package! And that is after them telling me it would arrive in 2-4 weeks but it took over a month for them to claim it was delivered and I have tried many times to get in contact with them but they will not respond! But yet I’m still being charged the $12.99 delivery charge even though they claim to give a 100% refund if your package is not delivered or if it is damaged. I would not have even given it a 1 star but it wouldn’t let me leave a review without at least 1 star.

Don’t understand the 17 track parcel tracker.

Total fake tracking information. No item was ever delivered and "signed for". Fake company shipment just to get money.
