Terrible product
Terrible product, looks like it’s been 3d printed for the price of £27, bought one and it hardly fits on my helmet even though it’s the right one for it, sticky pads are terrible, put my camera on it and on my first ride the mount just fell off and damaged my camera

Amazing customer service from Chin Mounts.
I originally ordered a mount for a different helmet, but due to delays I had to return it. Even though it wasn’t really their fault, they went above and beyond and sent me a new mount for my new helmet — completely free, I only paid shipping.

I registered to look into some chin mounts two days ago. Over the course of 2 days I have received over 10 spam emails from this company trying to get me to finish my purchase. Some within hours of one another. This company has no shame on how they use your email.

Great company
I recently upgraded to a Shoei helmet and ordered the mount for it. The fit was perfect, and I even placed it correctly on the first try. I had an issue with the mount a little later and they resolved it quickly.

They just work I have 2 different helmets with a chin mount set up and they make it so simple to get the shots that I was after I didn't have to worry about my cameras falling off my face and I know they hold up to speeds 80 mph or greater they truly are amazing Ifi ever change helmets I will order another mount for sure

Poor fit and quality
When it eventually turned up I get a small,basic mount that doesn’t even fit my alpinestars r10.its that bad a quality the mount won’t even fit an original GoPro fitting.the worst bit is that you expect me to pay to return it when it’s not fit for purpose and as lots of others have stated bad reviews disappear.have contacted my bank to get a charge back.stay clear as any company that deletes any criticism is shady.

No chinmount, over two weeks!
I ordered a chinmount over two weeks ago and was charged for it. I never recieve it. This is my 4th chinmount, as two others have fallen off. I have one on a helmet, and one spare. I contacted them twice to find out where my new order was. However, they did get back to me and apologized and sent me another one.

Everything from the design to the ease…
Everything from the design to the ease of installation is pretty great:)! I have been using it for about 2 weeks now daily with zero issue. I also grabbed the handlebar mount and the difference between it and an Amazon one is night and day. My footage is so much smoother. It works perfectly with my insta360x5. The action pack is necessary to get the right angle on the chin mount with how the insta360 is designed.

Chin mounts was unbelievably easy to communicate and work with. Understood the issue I was having and quickly rectified it.
Not to mention it’s the best mount in the industry. Especially for motocross.
