What a fabulous experience on the Santa Train

What a fabulous experience! So authentic and ‘old school’ No digital gadgets in sight! I struggle with large crowds so I was a bit apprehensive, but the way it was managed meant that this wasn’t an issue. My granddaughter is only 18 months old so we weren’t sure if she would be too young. She wasn’t at all. Again, its was so well managed that there was something for all ages. The staff were absolutely gorgeous, they really got into the spirit of everything. The price of the ticket was more than ‘good value for money’. It was just so very special. Can’t thank you enough! See you next year!!

Fantastic evening

Fantastic fun taking part in the Fish and chips quiz night! Superb service and friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Thoroughly recommend! Thank you and we look forward to returning soon.

Wonderful Christmas experience!

We had a fantastic trip on the Santa Steam Special this weekend! Highly recommend it! Very well organised train ride and trip to Santa’s Grotto with refreshments, children’s gift and photo with Santa! Lots of entertainment on the train as well, with activities packs and visit from Santa and his helpers. Kids and adults loved it. Staff and volunteers were so friendly and helpful. It has really got us into the Christmas spirit! Thank you to all the volunteers.

A perfect day out

Been to the railway just to ride, also had lunch and cream tea on the train.
All the volunteers make you so welcome, nothing is too much trouble.
A perfect day out, but beware it is so popular you need to book well in advance for special events.
