Second time over a couple months saying they have this cologne in stock and thy dont

Ordered a perfume and received a refund a week or so later. I guess they didn’t have it in stock?

I understand these bad reviews but i got my order in 4 days i ordered on the 7th and got it on the 11th and they sell real stuff bought a perfume that costed $312 USD (fantastic pink good girl ) place is legit

I placed an order for a hard to find product. The website showed stock available with Chios NY. I jumped on it. As the order was being processed, it was realized that the product was out of stock. I was immediately refunded. I feel like Chios NY will send me a discount coupon for my next purchase since the item I wanted wasn't available and I had to go through the whole refund process.

Submitted an order suddenly got cancelled for no reason and was refunded less than what I have paid!

NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING MY ORDER NO WAY TO CONTACT COMPANY

I ordered Michael Kors perfume. I do t know if it was out of stock or what. I just got a refund with no explanation. While I appreciate the refund, I really wanted the perfume, and some communication would’ve been nice

Should’ve checked reviews before placing the order. Order was cancelled and refunded just like several others complained about.

The item I purchased was no longer available. They need to update their website.

I ordered a product and it was a few days later when I received a refund because apparently you didn't have it in stock even though the webpage allowed it to be ordered.

I order my perfume & my order was confirmed. I received an email from PayPal saying my order had been paid.
Two days later I am getting a refund from your company for my purchase amount without an email explaining why. I reached out to the email provided on my confirmation email & never received a response. So this company receives a 1 star…will never order from this company again.

As with my first order, my second went through and it showed available on the website. A few days later, I was refunded because the item was not in stock. 2 different orders on 2 different days both with the same result.

My item was unfortunately out of stock but they reached out to me with in a few hours to apologize and to let me know when it would be available. Now that's great customer service! Thank you!!

Purchased fragrance I was excited to get and was refunded due to being out of stock so a big disappointment for me. Can’t speak to any other aspect of the site bc never received the item.

I never got an email about why I never received my order

I saw nothing but quality the packaging was great and it arrived in 4 days. And of course the bottle was the right size and smelt amazing.

Delivery was late, package was dented

Do not buy from this company if you're expecting the original perfume because it is a knock off and doesn't smell the same. They advertise the original bottle and box but that's not what you receive! Its deceiving and not a happy shopper
