Excellent customer service, fast response to a problem, always helpful and available!

I used Chip and Pin Direct for a charity football match and can’t recommend them enough with not everyone always carrying cash in 2023 they helped us raise just under £900 for Washington Mind. Will happily use them for any future event allowing us to rent their machines it was so convenient and easy to use look forward to using them again. Big thanks to Michael👍🏻

I have been using Chip and Pin Direct for over 3 years. They have saved me a lot of money compared to my previous card machine. The service is first class. Friendly and highly efficient. I shopped around and they cannot be beaten.

We have used their services for the past few years and I can not fault it at all. From guiding us through setting up everything we needed to start taking payments from scratch to a few technical issues we have had they have offered an exceptional service. They are always there to help and sort any issues we experience (of which there has been two) even checking in that everything has been rectified there after. As our business grew we did not hesitate to contact them to supply more equipment as I know the support is there should we need it. Great company, great team and thank you!

Tonight I had a major issue. I run a busy pub in the centre of London and all card machines went down!
Jason came to the rescue like always and got them up and running again in no time.

We have used Chip and Pin for about 8 years now and the service received is second to non. Any problems with the machine (and there has not been many) and it's sorted in a phone call no matter what day or time. We have just been upgraded to a touch screen machine which is so much more hygienic for cleaning. Could not recommend these guys enough.

Our machine was broken and we needed a replacement. I expected it to take a few days to be sent out. I was thrilled when just a couple of hours after my call the new handset was dropped off and installed. We’ve received great service over the last 5 years. Always easy to contact and fantastic speedy service.

We have processed payments with Barclaycard for years. I got in touch with Mick at Chip and Pin Direct, he reviewed our bills and pointed out a number of additional charges, particularly for telephone transactions, that were costing us an extra £180 per month in charges. We have a number of outlets with PDQ machines in each, so Mick has also advised on how we can save money on hardware, with the option of a virtual terminal too. I also really like the ease of contact with Chip and Pin Direct. They are always available to answer any queries i have, no call centres and no being kept on hold. I often send a whats app message when i have any queries, which makes things much easier. I would highly recommed this company to anyone reviewing their card payment solution, particularly if the business takes a lot of payments over the telephone.

Hi guys, if you’re thinking of adding a card machine to your business-go for it!! I was very apprehensive about it at first, however after speaking to Chip and Pin Direct I had no doubts!! It has improved my footfall greatly and everything I was worried about was taken care of by these guys!!! The transition was so easy, they talked me through everything and took care of the whole set up!! They are a family run business who offer that “Personal” touch. Any issues/queries I’ve had they’re just a phone call away-to talk you through it. Absolute first class service every time!!! Can’t recommend “Chip and Pin Direct” enough. Great team, great service!! At Chester Le Street Cricket Club we have used Chip and Pin for a number of years and have always received a first class customer service.
Costs are very competitive and they are very helpful when we require extra card machines for special events.
Mick is always on hand to offer help support and advice.
Would and do highly recommend Chip and Pin to any other sporting club looking to receive good service and reduce their costs.

I will never go anywhere else! This company has gone to 10th degree to solve any problems and save me money with educated and honest advice, they have become a one stop shop … do not fall into the trap about saving x amount per whatever ? Service is king !!! On a busy night !! And there rates are great …..

I use Chip and Pin in a few of my businesses. Fantastic rates and even better customer service. Mick is always at the end of the phone to help out in any way. I’ve recently started using their advertising screen, and Dan has been brilliant with that. Fab, local company!

Fantastic card machine rates that no other company can match, as much as they try!

We also have TV installed for marketing purposes with Dan creates videos for ourselves and marketing videos for companies who want to advertise on it.

Super fast when we any problems aswell, a quick phone call and someone is there within a few hours or all hours on the phone! A service that’s very hard to find!

Running a busy Garden Centre is a full time role, as is trying to sort Wifi in a rural area, and ensure competitive card machine rates is a job of dread- but unlike any other company we have used in the past Chip and Pin is the one stop shop for all this, and literally manages it all for you.

Cutting out the middle men to ensure our wifi worked for us- instead of the £60K quote we received from BT we now have the fasted and best capacity wifi for us and our visitors. Our card machine rates are untouchable by others and we also have a fantastic VOIP phone system with welcome messages and departments. We have more recently worked with Jason to develop the Marketing TV’s.

Thats just the boring bit- the Company as a whole are faultless, Mickey, Jason, Dan, Helen all second to none. Theres no nonsense or jargon- everything explained simply, clearly and costed fairly and the service for faults, issues or quiuires always same day, sometimes within the hour!

We are proud to work with chip and pin and would advocate them to any other business, big or small.

These guys are great. They're totally dedicated to finding you the right solution and are always on hand to help if you have a problem. They're down-to-earth, honest, and friendly, with no hidden fees or anything like that - and we have found them cheaper than other providers. We use them for card services, wifi, and EPOS - and may look at digital signage in the future. Would thoroughly recommend.

We have been dealing with Mick ar Chip and pin for two years now, have no problems all prompt service when new till rolls needed or just asking a question. Mick is always on hand with helpful advice and we wouldn't wish for a better service.
