Bought a pack of 6 loops, unfortuantely one of them did not work reported it did a quick video to show it wasn't working and a new one appeared in the post a few days later. Top quality service :-)

Best in class. With wireless or USB-C charging is unmatched. Works as expected. App could be a bit better. 👌

Great device. Its reliability depends on the performance of Google Find Hub network which at times could be sketchy. One of the tags I oredered developed a battery fault and Chipolo immediately despatched a replacement product - First class customer service on their part.

After almost 2 years of working flawlessly I had issues with my Chipolo ONE trackers and they replaced them with the new POP.

We have two chipolo One Point, one for our keys the other for our E-Bike. In both cases the functionality is very good.
Sitting in a restaurant you can see where your bike is parked always. Very nice .....very easy to find with Google Where is..... Very easy to install...

Relatively straight forward

Came quickly and worked for what was needed as a tracker, connected to my phone. Though I had to get a young person to set it up!

I've bought around 12 chipolo pops for myself and freinds and it's been a lifesaver for me. No more losing/leaving keys around the house as they are found with just a click on the app. Plus if you misplace your mobile the chipolo can find that too which is brilliant.
I have had I issues with a couple of the devices but the customer service I received was amazing.
Sent a message on a Sunday evening knowing they would be responding at the start of the week but it was first thing Monday morning and my replacements were with me in 2 days.
I cannot fault them as they back their brand 100% and I do recommendi them to anybody in the market for a tracker at a great price.

Nothing ot object about the product. However the shimpent got retained by the courier they've employed (UPS) and I was asked to pay 41 USD in fees in order to release it on top an already expensive product. I've requested a retrieval of funds and they simply excused themselves with a small really easy to miss disclaimer on checkout page, then they've just stopped answering to my emails. Won't order again nor recomend.

I got the card chipolo as a gift but sadly the first device or card came with a sound issue that I contact support for help which is a simple video explained the issue of my device they arranged a replace it which I received in 2 days. I just can be honest they turn my discomfort with the product to trust the brand and future client of their products. This card exceed my expectation help me already to find my wallet in 2 occasions already in a week. I recommend this brand and product 100% is that an A+ thanks..

My Chipolo Card Spot (which works with the iphone) came to the end of its life. Chipolo sent an email inviting me to replace it, offering a 50% discount code and providing a link to the webpage to place the order. I duly placed the order and then noticed that what I had ordered was the Chipolo Card not the Chipolo Card Spot. I assumed that the Card I had ordered would not work with an iphone and therefore emailed asking them to amend the order to a Card Spot. Masa from the support team responded within half an hour saying that she could not amend the order but she would cancel it so that I could order the correct card. She added that in fact the non-Spot Card now worked with the iphone. So I reordered the Card and obtained the 50% discount. I was impressed by (a) the speed of the response and (b) the fact that the first credit card charge was refunded immediately.

It's great, I loose my keys in the house all the time so this saves me a lot!

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with my iPhone which meant taking it back to factory settings. I couldnt register my Chipolo devices. The customer services team were speedy and incredibly helpful. We exchanged a few emails and the issue is sorted. Thank you.
