I ordered a Hayley Menzies jumper and cardigan from Chip as the retailer in Dublin, Ireland was out of stock in my size and didn’t want to order directly from the designer in the UK as I would have to pay customs charges. So I looked for a retailer in Europe and what I find! I was so delighted, not only did Chip have what I was looking for, they also gave me discount as a first time customer with free shipping! My items arrived fast, beautiful wrapped and with a lovely note! Also LOVE so much on the website so will for sure be ordering again soon.

A fantastic retail experience, in what is a difficult climate at present. I ordered a Hayley Menzies cardigan and unfortunately I got the sizing wrong. Chiara and Ipi could not have been more helpful. They sent me another cardigan within hours of me getting in touch. The communication was excellent. I did have to pay international tracked shipping to return the item, but as I was not charged for same for x2 shipments, I thought this was very reasonable to get a piece I absolutely love. Lovely handwritten card included with beautifully wrapped package. Would 100% recommend

Nightmare returning item. I paid £16.80 for international tracked postage to return a cardigan and was tracking the parcel and it was sent back to me. I am having difficulty getting a refund despite paying for my own postage and do not trust this company. I want a refund and I want to return this item.

Hi Sophie, so sorry to hear that you have problems returning your parcel! Unfortunately the parcel did not arrive here yet, that's why you didn't receive the refund. We ALWAYS do the refund on the same day after we receive the item.
Regarding the return costs we explicitely write in our "shipping and returns" section on the website footer that the costs are on the customer because we are a small business and our prices are calculated very close and we provide a free delivery as well. It is unfair to ask for a refund knowing that the item is still on the way and did not arrive to us yet! If we can somehow help you in any possible way you can contact us under info@chipsfashion.com.
