I purchased the stage-3 chip for a 2019 GMC Sierra with the Duramax diesel engine. I sent a video of my install to CYC via email to assure I had done it correctly - CYC Chat replied and confirmed that it was installed correctly. I asked, via Chat, what I could realistically expect, for my specific vehicle, in improved mileage. Chat told me to expect between 4-6 MPG better fuel mileage. My average mileage before I installed the chip was 19.6 MPG. My average MPG after driving 567.2 miles with the chip was actually worse at 19.4 (I reset the odometer after the first 150 miles as suggested by CYC). After a little back and forth (Chat "suggested" I may have been drag racing) CYC gave me a Return Autorization Number and I shipped it back to them. I received a refund, minus the restocking fee, as I expected. Be sure to document your installation and have all communications via Chat or email, well within their 30-day guarantee window. While Chat was overall timely and professional their product did not work for my vehicle.

It’s just a scam, some auto manufacturers have locked engine computer modules. A chip wouldn’t be able to access the vehicles computer. Don’t waste your money, you’ll never get a refund. The owner is a master of BS

Bought the Stage 2 Chip for my 2017 Maserati Ghibli (3.0L V6 Twin Turbo). Was already an amazing engine but wanted to see if I could get a little more horsepower and improved mileage. Did the 150 mile break-in period for the chip per the instructions. Just a quick note-before I hit 150 miles, it took a few minutes for the engine to smooth out, but once it got to normal operating temp, all was good. After the 150 miles, am seeing @ 1.5-2 mpg improvement. Also, am noticing that at low rpm, the engine is now much smoother between 1000-2000 rpms when starting from a red light. Have not put it on dyno , but i can feel a horsepower increase-especially when the turbos kick in. Overall, very easy to install and an excellent product.

Launch Pad was worth the wait! Best modification you can buy for your car. Pedal lag is gone and throttle response/sensitivity can be adjusted in each mode through the head unit or through your your Launch Pad app on your phone. You will not be disappointed! I like my adapter and ELM plug that I use with my smartphone. It seems to work okay, but I had problems with the software that came with the package. It didn't want to work right, or else the software had very invasive permissions that I felt were not safe. I have found some other software that is less invasive, but its not the same as the apps that came with the product. I'm a little disappointed over that.

I was skeptical about the chip. Knowing your not going to get large hp increases. But with the reviews I thought I would try it out. I went the one promising the most hp gain. Well don’t waste your money I did not get any noticeable hp increase. I have put a lot of cold air intakes and got more noticeable response out of cars. I fell for it, don’t make the same mistake.

Installed the stage 3 on my 2002 Silverado. I drove about 20 miles and really started to feel the difference. I waited until 150 miles to fully test. I brought my truck to the local dyno and had some astonishing results! 47HP on the dyno and now I get 22 MPG on my 5.3! 100% Recommended!

The chip didn’t even work as I told them I want a refund and now I see I got the refund but they took 75 dollars apparently because of restock fees ? Plus an additional 10%? I’m gonna file a complaint and continue to voice my frustration till my money is returned because the dam thing didn’t do anything i could care less about what they say it “should”do .

I plugged my device into my car and it worked for about 2 months and now all it has is a red light on all 3 lights and doesnt feel like its working anymore. Any advice on how to fix this? or could i possibly get a new one? I already reset it and the issue persists. I have reset it multiple times and nothing has happened.

Bought stage 3 for both of my vehicles. The results are as follow;
2015 Toyota Camry XSE 2.5L with CAI
Better throttle.response, faster acceleration, higher shift points to maximize power, MPG increase of 3mpg when cruising
2007 Nissan Murano SL AWD 3.5L
Slight increase in power and acceleration, no MPG gain.

I bought the stage 3 chip and it made a big difference for my 2018 Chevy Impala. I was so impressed a ordered one for my girlfriends 2017 hyundai Elantra. I am on a fixed income and decided to put it on hold for a month because an unexpected bill came. 12 hrs after I ordered they refused to cancel it. That sucks. Otherwise I said, I like the chip. Had one from another company a couple of years ago and just made a tad of a difference. This is the computer chip for you. Just don't try to cancel it because it won't happen.

Dont known if I have done something wrong, or maybe it takes longer to start working then they say. Purchased a stage 3 for my 2007 Dodge Dakota to hopefully get better mileage. Per recommendation from tech at chip your car. Don't need more horsepower just mileage. I drive mostly interstate and two lane road 45 miles one way to work. Have had it in for 400 miles so far still on getting 18.5 mpg, which is what I was getting before. Maybe I need to unplug and start over ????

I have a 2017 GT Mustang I purchased the stag3 and launch pad I am blown away at the change on how the car runs I haven't driven enough miles yet to honestly speak on the mpg change the products are well worth the money. Update 2 weeks after installing I went on a 175 mile trip my mileage was 23.7 now 27.8 awesome

All i see is reviews for pickup trucks and family cars. This review is for a true power house wanting more power. 2019 Range Rover SVR. Followed the ultra easy instructions ( still called the guys anyways because i was a little nervous - they answered my call and patiently helped )
Once you drive the 150 Miles, IT WAS INSANE! smooth shifts, more immediate power and torque. This chip works 10000%!! had an important race to win - blew his doors off! Based on the $ / HP ratio. This is a deal of a lifetime!

Although the chip took a month to arrive due to covid (and I live in Toronto, Canada), the wait was worth it! I ordered the stage 3 chip+bluetooth adapter and so far I've got a reading of about 50 wheel hp increase from stock (including my CAI and intercooler resonator delete). As soon as I installed the chip, I did find my car running smoother and response is quicker! and of course a definite improvement in acceleration! still letting the gas mileage adjust but right now it's biased cuz I'm enjoying the loud pedal response and trying to see how much more power I can get from the OBD2. Definitely recommend this product! Ryan who I spoke with through the sites chat support was also super helpful and willing to help with all the questions I had too! Superb job everyone who's involved with this product!

Very early review is in, and the chip sure seemed to perk up my Tacoma.....very smooth, much harder acceleration. Easy install.....so far, so good

Was lost in post. Reported missing with Australia post was found ready to be sent back to USA. Finally got it but it did not work. Was returned.
